I used to believe access was everything—being in the room, knowing the right people, staying close to power. But over time, I learned that access without alignment will drain your soul. My career path has been one of the biggest worries of my life. The unknown can make us feel all the pressure to make decisions that might not be the most aligned. Grit is the push. It’s staying with it when it’s hard, getting back up after the no, and building when nobody is handing you the resources. Grace is how I carry it. It’s leading with kindness instead of hardness, giving myself room to be human, and knowing I’m not doing any of this alone. God is my foundation. Creating a legacy requires Grit , Grace and God.

To all my friends who feel a bit scatterbrained 🧠 — it’s okay!

I feel like most of the pressure and anxious thoughts come from a lack of time management, planning, and execution. We have something in our minds that we really want, and we never get to it because we juggle and wear many hats. Unfinished projects, goal dates we never executed, etc. For anyone who feels scattered, here’s what I’ve learned (and am still learning):

1. Have boundaries.
2. Figure out what works for you, your unique system (trial and error, restarting, which is what I’m doing now).
3. Choose to do things that are in alignment with what you value. by @vtheplug

Sometimes being “late” isn’t late at all — the process just deserved more time to be fruitful.🍎

I’m sharing my coaching journey with you as I build this podcast course and challenge. 🎙️

I’ve been called to step into the coaching space more — to help women use their voices on their media platforms, especially in the podcasting space.🎙️

And I’ll be honest: there are things I’m learning along the way, even about myself (which I’ll share more of later). I had intentions to have this out sooner, but from a leadership and a teaching perspective, I’ve learned some things are worth the wait. I’m excited to share this 7-Day challenge I’ve been working on and to work with more ladies who feel called to speak 🗣️ !

So here’s who I’m looking for: the woman who is tired of being stuck and is ready to learn how to JUST PRESS RECORD. 🔴🎙️ Because guess what? I’ve been there too. 🥵 And I figured out how to just press and flow. 💛

There’s comfort in the uncomfortable when you have the right FOUNDATION.

When you have a conviction and a deep desire to do something, you can’t do it alone.
At the start of this year I opened up my heart to God, really trying to understand where He wants me.
Being rooted in your faith can make life feel more uncomfortable — but here’s the thing: I have comfort in knowing how He is shaping and positioning me to be exactly where I’m supposed to be. And that brings me peace.

No more living to be seen.

No more working harder just to level up.

No more being isolated trying to figure out entrepreneurship and life alone.

We were created to build together, in alignment with our Creator. We have dominion over the things placed on our hearts. I wouldn’t be where I’m at if it wasn’t for my FOUNDATION : community, faith, and grit.

I’ve spent my time performing, and I’ve shown up authentically — and I believe there’s a good place for both.

BUT where it gets difficult, YET becomes the most POWERFUL, is when you’re in a shifting season and you can show up without putting on the MASK. You can show up in your CURRENT REALITY. You can be cringe and accept yourself for who you are!

I’ve been the woman who felt stuck because I couldn’t show up as my most authentic self. Sometimes we wear so many hats in life and in business that we get lost in the sauce of how we’re supposed to be showing up. You get in your head, you don’t press record on your podcast, and you end up not sharing at all. Months go by, and you still have that burning desire to share the message that’s on your heart 💛.

That message is your calling — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

The problem isn’t the equipment, the aesthetics, or how you look and sound. It’s about meeting you right where you are — helping you activate your voice and show up in your most authentic voice.
