This year feels different.

As I sit in the metaphorical womb of my mother.. the MOTHER, about to meet the world for the year ahead.

I FEEL the entire WORLD in my BONES

The Gnowing that transcends lineage, creed or identity.

As I map the planet re-membering the prayers of our ancestors, I’m am not simply travelling… as a tourist.

I am merging with the conscious of the earth.

The Peoples.

The Elements.

And the Emanations of life itself that is woven into the fabric of everything in existence.

I AM THAT.

The WORLD

The Anguish
The Ecstatic
The Ancient War
The Colonisation
The Genocide
The Retribution
The Resurrection
The Golden Age
The Wind
The Mist
The Soil
The Mythic layer & The Mundane
The Oppression & the Salvation

Of each culture.. every agreement, every distortion and pristine expression of coherence.

I am a man of the earth, connected to the cosmic dragon mother that births entire worlds into existence.

I am here - as all of it… The illusion and the truth, breathing, vibrating, arriving & leaving in the same moment, yet always. HERE. Ever Present.

Waiting.
Being.
Living.
Resting.
Conjuring.
Returning.
Wielding.
Surrendering.

At peace & restless, completely contained yet bursting in the awe of the Majestic Mayhem that is Life.

I am the story of life…

I belong to you.. yet no “ONE” owns me.

Free and yet still Captured.

Turned towards the century ahead completely enraptured.

Today is my birthday & I usually don’t make it a big deal. Usually we are in a retreat lol and this year I am actually working on honouring & celebrating myself.

I am open to receiving any messages, acknowledgments of how I have positively impacted your life and reminders of my greatness.

I LOVE YOU ALL & Happy Birthday to ME 🐦‍🔥🌹🐉❤️‍🔥 by @vujadeus

🎙️ Are you speaking at people or with them?

Whether you’re speaking on stage, facilitating a group, creating content or leading a conversation, the way you direct your energy can profoundly influence how people receive you.

One of the most valuable practices I’ve learned is the art of moving between Front Body & Back Body.

This is my interpretation of a teaching shared with me by my friend @miroslavbardovic , an extraordinary speaker trainer. Go check out his work. 🙏

🔥 1️⃣ FRONT BODY — Activating & Energising

This is the art of directing your energy forward.

• Lean energetically towards your audience or camera.
• Speak directly to the people in front of you.
• Feel your energy extending beyond your body and into the space.
• Allow your presence, voice and expression to build momentum.

The intention: To activate, inspire and energise the people receiving you.

🌿 2️⃣ BACK BODY — Relaxing & Receiving

This is the art of drawing your energy inward, creating space for others to come towards you.

• Bring your awareness and energy back into your spine.
• If seated, settle deeper into your chair.
• Allow your nervous system to down-regulate.
• Speak from a place of groundedness, ease and spaciousness.
• Feel your energy gently drawing back, almost magnetically inviting others towards you.

The intention: To create space for people to meet you, rather than continually reaching towards them.

✨ 3️⃣ THE ART OF THE EXCHANGE

The beauty is in learning to move fluidly between both.

Front Body: Activate · Energise · Express · Give

Back Body: Ground · Magnetise · Receive · Invite

Like a dance, communication becomes an exchange.

There are moments to lean forward and lead, and moments to soften, settle and allow others to come towards you.

This is particularly valuable in public speaking, facilitation, content creation and sales conversations.

The more you learn to move between these two states, the more your communication becomes an invitation rather than a performance.

I feel this is one of the most important messages right now with everything currently happening in the world by @vujadeus

🔥 Are you wondering how to turn it up a notch in the bedroom when making love to your partner?

True intimacy is about so much more than physical connection. It’s about presence, permission, attunement and learning to honour your partner’s body as sacred.

🌹 The 4 Gates of Communion for Intimate Relating

1️⃣ Permission to Connect

“Do I have permission to connect with your field?”

Before physical intimacy, slow down. Connect emotionally, listen, and become attuned to where your partner is.

2️⃣ Permission to Touch

“Do I have permission to touch your body?”

Honour their body as a temple. Wait for a clear, enthusiastic YES before initiating physical contact.

3️⃣ Permission to Enter

“Do I have permission to enter you?”

Before penetration, ask again. Create space for genuine choice, safety and mutual desire.

4️⃣ Permission to Commune

“Do I have permission to commune with your body?”

As intimacy unfolds, invite a deeper level of connection, presence and surrender together.

✨ Why does this matter?

• ❤️ Creates greater emotional safety and trust
• 🔥 Cultivates deeper intimacy and pleasure
• 🌹 Honours your partner’s sovereignty and choice
• 🧘 Develops sensitivity, presence and attunement
• ⚡ Opens the possibility of experiencing sacred union and ecstatic eros

The deepest intimacy begins when both people feel completely free to choose each other.

Consent is an ongoing conversation, and permission can be withdrawn at any moment.

When permission, presence and devotion come together, lovemaking can become something truly sacred.

This lil practice may just save you a lot of grief when you travel to Bali and places like it. by @vujadeus

We wrote this together… looking into each others eyes:

I find you so irresistible.

Your eyes contain worlds.

I would surrender it all at the altar or our love.

Within you, through you, and by you, new life is created.

I want to kiss every inch of your body until you melt into ecstasy.

I offer my heart to be purified and claimed by the force of our union.

Your presence alone summons my greatness.

Side by side, through and through.

See if you can guess who said what? 👇🏽

Sometimes this is what’s real! by @vujadeus

What’s the difference between a tourist and a gridworker. 🌍

📸 THE TOURIST
You visit a place to experience it.
You see the beauty, take the photos, learn the history, experience the culture and create memories.

🌀 THE SPIRITUAL TOURIST
You go deeper. You may visit a sacred site to:
• Meditate & receive insight
• Feel the energy of the land
• Receive codes or activation
• Reconnect with something ancient
• Seek healing, clarity or remembrance

It’s still largely about what you can receive from the place.

🌐 THE GRIDWORKER
The orientation changes.

Instead of only asking, “What can I receive here?” you begin asking:

“What am I here to give?”

A skilled gridworker enters into relationship with the site itself listening to the land, stones, people, sound, movement and collective field. Through breath, voice, prayer, tone, movement and presence, they intentionally participate with what is happening there. 🗿🔥🌍

Many ancient sacred sites can feel dormant compared to what they may once have been. Gridwork is about developing the sensitivity to recognize what is present, what wants to be restored or reactivated, and what specific action the moment is asking for.

✨ You listen.
You receive.
You respond.
You give.

And whatever becomes available through that exchange can then be carried forward into the collective, or perhaps to the next place that needs it.

🌍 If this resonates, share it with someone who feels called to sacred sites and follow for more on gridwork, pilgrimage & the deeper intelligence of the Earth. by @vujadeus

What if you’re actually less confused than you think you are?

We receive intuitive insight all the time. A sudden knowing about what to do next. An idea that arrives in the shower. A moment of clarity in meditation, while driving, singing, training, walking. The problem often isn’t that clarity never came — it’s that we didn’t act when it did. We got distracted, listened to too many people who weren’t going where we were going, or waited until the initial impulse had faded.

Then the open loops begin to accumulate. Ideas we haven’t acted on. Conversations we haven’t had. Decisions we haven’t made. Eventually all of that unexpressed movement starts to feel like congestion, exhaustion and confusion. We start searching for more clarity, when perhaps what we actually need is to honour the clarity we’ve already received.

I’ve found that there is an energetic window around inspiration. When something comes through clearly, I want to anchor it into physical reality — send the message, write the note, make the call, book the flight, begin the project. You can still act later, of course, but there is something powerful about moving while the energy is alive. It becomes a relationship with life: listen → act → receive → act again.

Some of the most significant things I’ve created — things that have impacted tens of thousands of people, generated hundreds of thousands of dollars, or opened doors I couldn’t have logically predicted — began this way. Not with having the entire path figured out, but with receiving the next clear instruction and being willing to move with it.

Maybe clarity isn’t something you need to find. Maybe it’s something you need to respond to.

Share this if it resonates ⚡️⚡️
