Flashback Friday to when I was a drag king at the old Hamburger Mary’s in Long Beach. A reminder to myself that I have done everything my queer heart has desired. Stay tune for more to come. #transvato #transdragking #babyqueer #transactor #rockingandrolling @ethicalpunk_ by @vulnerable_vato

Esta cabron ser yo!

Creating and collaborating with @gabe_thababe has brought so much healing , joy and love to my life. Repping Ethical Punk as a trans fat disabled indigenous Chicano allows for my identity to be seen and uplifted. I stand for culture, neighborhood and estilo even when my community and I are under attack, we go even harder. #estilodevida #transhood #transvato #vulnerablevato #trans by @vulnerable_vato

This year in June after 16yrs in corporate I was let go. No insurance and no meds and 2 loves broke up with me. I found myself dealing with mental illness and heartbreak. I realized the only way to heal is to get back on my meds and push myself to figure it out and stay safe while doing it. Creating has always saved me. So went back to create for Black and brown culture , queerness and traditions. That is part of who I am as Trans and queer, yesterday and today. This year I made that happened along side the best queer and trans creatives , models , artist and community. I am humbled and even more determined to make money moves to secure our safety and legacy. Thank you 🙏🏾 for all the love and support this Trans elder is receiving. 2026 we will continue to break down barriers and make love not war! #estilo #estilodevida #transmasculine #artist #ethicalpunk #adornyourspirit #queer #queerart #queerstyle #queerlove #queerlife 📸 @izzyfts by @vulnerable_vato

The story of my life is wanting, hungering, for what I cannot have or, perhaps, wanting what I dare not allow myself to have.

There are all kinds of people who continue to be largely ignored by advertisers, whose lives largely go unseen. They deserve their moment. Roxane Gay
