For Vodafone, we were tasked with communicating a new product TML — a service that’s powerful, but not always easy to explain or sell.

Instead of another static deck or slide-heavy presentation, we took a different approach.

We designed a web-based, video-led experience.

A guided presentation where every step is visualised, simplified, and structured — so sales teams can quickly understand the service, communicate it clearly, and sell it with confidence.

This wasn’t about making something “look nice.”
It was about solving a real communication problem.

Turning complexity into clarity.
And giving teams a tool they’ll actually use.

That’s the role of design at its best — not decoration, but problem-solving through visual communication.

Piastrella came to us wanting something very minimal — European, almost Nordic. They sell luxury floors, so we went looking at the oldest floors there are. Palazzo floors. Terrazzo laid centuries ago in Italian palaces: broken marble, warm stone, chaos held in perfect order.

Then we took it apart. Page after page of sketches, deconstructing the pattern, stripping it back, until only the essence was left — a handful of shapes inside a tile turned on its point.

Charcoal, warm gold, ivory. Nothing else.

Flip through: where it started, how it was built, where it landed.
