Thank you to everyone who came out for this year’s Bitter Ball. You packed the room, drank some incredible Negronis and helped make this one hell of a night.
.
Congratulations to Sami Cutrona of Supper Club, our 2026 Bitter Champion, who took the crown in an incredibly close finish over Asher Chase Boisvert of Chaval.
.
And a huge thank you to all of our competitors. The creativity, hard work and seriously great cocktails you brought to the Ball are what make this event what it is.
.
Shoutout to Aull That Entertainment for setting the vibe all night, and much appreciation to our sponsors Campari and Goldie’s Gin for helping us bring it all together.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who showed up and supported Portland’s bartender community. Because of all of you, we’re able to donate more than $2,000 to Slow Food. That feels pretty damn good.
