Valentina already works with the body every day.

She’s a dental hygienist and licensed acupuncturist from Denmark. But when she came into Hale Foundations, she started somewhere else: with herself.

Not with becoming a breath coach. Not with learning another technique to use on someone else.

With understanding her own breathing first.

That’s an important part of Foundations. Before sharing something with others, experience it. Notice how you breathe when you’re focused, under pressure, moving or resting. Build awareness first, then start exploring what you can actually influence.

A little bowl of Chinese beauty food 🤍🍄‍🟫

This is 银耳莲子羹 (yín ěr lián zǐ gēng) 🌱 a traditional sweet soup made with snow fungus, lotus seeds, goji berries, red dates, dried longan & peach gum.

Snow fungus + peach gum are naturally rich in polysaccharides that can bind water, which is one reason they’re often used in traditional beauty and nourishing recipes.

And if you add Asian pear / nashi pear, it becomes a lovely choice when you’re looking for something more soothing and moistening. In TCM, pear is traditionally associated with nourishing Lung Yin and easing dryness, especially when there’s a dry cough or dry throat. 🍐

Warm, gentle, naturally sweet and very much a food as nourishment kind of dessert. 🥣

Misto estivo 🦋

Kodak dump w. loves in Italia and Denmark , it was @jadynsimone’s first trip to CPH and our third time meeting in Italy 🫶🏼 She is practically adopted by now. 🥹🌱 time was spent with family, floatie, night swims, walks, aperitivo’s, dinners and ofc in company of my childhood friends and family 🇮🇹🇩🇰

En blød community aften hos @thestudioaarhus med sænket lys, blid bevægelse for bindevævet, akupunktur i øret for at booste immunforsvar og berolige nervesystem & en magisk soundhealing af @lille.gaia der fik os til at svæve mellem at være vågen og sove 🔋🍵🍀 TAK for at vælge jeres aften sammen med os, for at finde fælleskabet sammen, selvom vi er på forskellige veje i livet, helt fra 21-65 år, flere generationer & små babyer i maverne🫰🏼🫰🏼 vi er trætte og taknemmelige 🥹 by @vwo

WHAT A DAY 🍵🥹🦋

Grateful does not even cut it, I’m honestly blown away by the support and interest for these little events I’m hosting, which somehow always end up turning out not so little after all 🥹

For someone like me who loves creating, hosting and trying new things, you all make it possible for me to keep bringing these ideas to life.

Thank you for showing up, engaging, dancing, drinking matcha, playing games , competing in the 4-connect tournament and simply being part of it. 🫶🏼

Thank you for allowing me to keep my creativity alive through the things I genuinely enjoy creating and being a able to share it with you all is the best part 🫰🏼🥺
