The Final Illustration with all swatches 🪡

Each look refined, the unknowns explored and the final presentation prepared. Each illustration delicately drawn, brought to life with watercolor and inked in Micron .05. The final swatches precisely cut with pinking shears in 2” squares then scanned bringing the studio to your screen. Presenting the On the Run Collection created for Smoking On The Runway 2025. by @vwy_design

Pink satin where you’d expect structure, plaid where you’d expect softness, and a side closure that holds a lighter because a baddie should always have everything they need within reach.

Soft leather sculpted like armor, smoke rings adorn the skin. Slate grey angora felted into the mesh creating a texture that builds in opacity, fibers drifting into the mesh like smoke. Stand alone leather bikini in slate also features a leather lighter holder. Delicate strips of leather with bright silver rivets, holding a D-ring and holster, adorn the hip.

Transparent by choice, bold by design.

Strapped leather sculpted close like armor. Every strap and buckle placed with intention. Wide-leg striped pantaloons flowing loosely and loudly. The kind of combination that shouldn’t work until it does.

The tension between them isn’t accidental. It’s the whole conversation.

Reworked antique crochet lace with black silk draped into a delicate slip dress layered under the Curse Plaid Wool Jacket from the 2020 archive. Two different eras of making, delicately and deliberately sourced from what already was.

A quiet reminder why nothing here gets thrown away.

Mesh and knit, sourced and cut into something that doesn’t ask the body to disappear. A hooded bralette with a lighter holder, a mesh skirt with built-in shorts underneath. One look and one continuous idea about what clothing is allowed to do.

Inclusive by construction, subversive by nature.

The Sharp jacket is recut in green and purple faux fur sculpted to engulf the wearer in cannabis couture. Rain wears a matching leather set, featuring a draped Bra - lighter holster attached so you never loose your light. Finished with selvedge mini-skirt from laced at side with buckles.

Defiant by design, the kind of piece meant to spark conversation before you do.

Nothing here started new. Scraps, remnants, and archive pieces rebuilt into something that holds its own logic - faux fur reading as cannabis, smoke rendered in felted angora, lighters built into leather like they belong there. Every material here has lived a previous life and every silhouette argues that nothing is finished until it’s worn again.
