Monty walked into Bennett’s Ice Cream for an interview and walked out having invented a flavor. 🍦🥒
Scott Bennett, owner of Bennett’s Ice Cream at the LA Farmers Market since 1992, was just trying to answer some questions. Instead he got bad math, a pickle mascot audition, and a contractually-binding agreement to sell Gefilte Fish and Pickle ice cream. (Maybe with horseradish. Maybe on Passover.)
Happy National Ice Cream Day 🍦
Follow MontyPickle for more 🥒

Monty Pickle has entered the building. The ice cream building. With an agenda. 🥒🍦
Scott Bennett of Bennett’s Ice Cream at the Los Angeles Original Farmers Market was just trying to have a normal day. He was not prepared for Monty.
Can a pickle convince an ice cream expert to make pickle ice cream? Monty needs to know!!!

🎶 Calling all campers (and nostalgic-for-campers): what’s the ONE camp song that’s permanently stuck in your head — in a good way?
Drop your favorite below. Bonus points if you still remember all the hand motions. 👏
And watch this space, because this summer… I’M GOING TO SUMMER CAMP! I’ll have a DILL-y of a time. Think the swimming pools will be filled with brine? 🥒

A magical morning at the opera with Leopold. ✨

Our final Family Musical Mornings concert of the season brought Mozart’s Magic Flute to life with dynamic storytelling and world-class music performed by your Pacific Symphony.

Thank you to all the families who joined us for Leopold & The Magic Flute: Opera for Kids!, our wonderful musicians, incredible cast of singers, director and puppeteer Victor Yerrid, and Assistant Conductor Pola Benke. Thank you, Pola, for an amazing season!

A special thank you to our FMM presenting sponsor, Farmers & Merchants Bank.
