From Vietnam to Palestine ~ because our struggles are interconnected and we are interdependent ✊ Palestine is reminding us to not forget what the Western war machine has done to our people, our ancestors’ fight for liberation and also what is going on right now in Gaza and the West Bank. From the river to the sea. We support the liberation of Palestinians by all means necessary.

Our community’s heartbeat is more important than a data center’s hum. As many of us find ourselves in difficult times, remember: The Future is Ours to Build.

For the sake of our children, our neighbors, our communities, we need investments in health and well-being, money for schools, community-controlled clean energy projects, and jobs that support us all, not data centers that drive crisis and chaos.

Vy từng chia sẻ: "Nhắc tới người Ê Đê ở Đăk Lăk, ít ai nghĩ đến nghể nhuộm tự nhiên. Thế nhưng nơi đây, việc nhuộm sợi đã từng là một thực hành văn hoá gắn liển với thổ cầm & cuộc sống của bà con. Chàm, hay được gọi là krum theo tiếng bản địa, cùng với nhiều loại cây nhuộm truyển thống và tri thức liên quan tới nhuộm sơi đã dần mất đi khi các cộng đồng chuyền đổi sinh kế qua làm nông, rẫy toàn thời gian, và bắt đầu sử dụng sợi công nghiệp trong quá trình dệt thổ cẩm. Nhuộm sợi đã thất truyền khoàng 40-60 năm tại đây. Oh how much I miss being a full time artist 🌸
Đi ngược lại hành trình của chuyến trước. Lúa ở buôn Jun đã lên cao và đã tới lúc gặt. Heo ở Ea Trul đã lớn và đã bán đi được vài con. Cây krum bé xíu gieo từ tháng 11 cũng đã bén sâu rễ trong vườn nhà cô và được yêu thương hết mực. Về tới Ban Mê thì krum ở vườn xả cũng đã lên men. Sợi nhuộm cũng đã dần lên màu.
Và còn 4 ngày ở Đăk Lăk để sống trong giấc mơ này. by @vyvu.art

Working with whatever knowledge I have (and of course from calling on knowledge from some friends) to make this tiny batch of indigo paste. The last time I did indigo extraction was probably this time 3 years ago… also working with this specie of plant I have never had any experiences with… is a humbling process. but hey we made it 💙🩵 by @vyvu.art
