Final CNATs 🥩 recap:

SQ: 158.5 kg - 350 lb comp PR (collegiate national record)
❌ 163 kg - 360 lb (Al overestimated my abilities)
BN: 92.5 kg - 204 lb matched PR
DL: 180 kg - 396 lb comp PR
 ❌ 189 kg - 415 lb (400 has escaped me again rip)
Total: 431 kg - 950 lb comp PR
7/9
Dots: 500.945
BW: 55.77 kg (22)

2nd for Female Raw 56 🥈
6th out of all Raw Females

Last CNATs was bittersweet. The battle was close, but if I was gonna lose, I’m glad it was to THE @rivvkahhh (I would be mad if it was anyone else).
Will be going up against her again at Raw Nats along with the other rising 56s 😈

Thank you @al.niepl for coaching and handling. Thank you everyone who watched and supported me throughout the years. I owe all of my PL successes to @clubpowerliftingatpitt Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Next is Rising Tide 🌊 6.5 weeks out 😭 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @vzhenpower

Collegiate Nationals 2023 - 7th overall for all raw females

SQ: 150 kg / 330 lb (2.5 kg less than best)
Missed 2nd attempt because I didn’t realize that my belt was on the tightest latch already and lost a bit of weight from the cut. Was a little lightheaded unracking the bar and didn’t brace hard enough to complete the lift. Made it up on the 3rd tho

BN: 90 kg / 198 lb (5 kg PR)
Most excited for this. I haven’t been able to PR on bench since last year’s CNATs, and it finally clicked this prep. Hopefully, I can continue to build on bench in the off season

DL: 177.5 kg / 391 lb (matched)
Wanted to go up to 181 kg and attempt at an American record deadlift, but the score table refs misunderstood the rules of 3rd attempt deadlift changes and didn’t let us go up. I wasn’t confident enough in my abilities to go to the jury/higher level ref to contest due to the fact that peaking for deadlifts were pretty rough. Looking back, I definitely should have had more faith and argued against, but I still ended with a PR, American record total, and another national title, so I can’t be mad.

8/9

Total: 417.5 kg / 920 lb (2.5 kg PR and Collegiate American Record) @ 55.71 kg BW (485.602 DOTS)🥇

Thank you @al.niepl for coaching/handling and thanks @thejenchpress for giving him the run down the night before. Congrats to my competition @rivkahchaouat @ashxlifts @marina56kg @jalyn_fit you ladies were badass lifters. Thank you to everyone who watched and supported me! taken in Arlington, Texas by @vzhenpower

MEET RECAP - Collegiate Nationals 2022

SQ: 147.5kg/325lbs (+2.5kg/5.5lb meet PR)
BN: 85kg/187lbs (+2.5kg/5.5lb meet PR)
DL: 172.5kg/380lbs (+30kg/66lb meet PR)
Total: 405kg/893lbs (+35kg/77lb meet PR) @ 58.98kg
Dots: 453.88 (20)

Pretty solid day if I say so myself, accomplished all my goals. But literally could not have done that without @thejenchpress @p_tha_tree and @ronb7575 and the support of my team, spotters and loaders and refs, my gym @unionfitnesspgh , and my number one supporter Joe. Also, thank you to everyone who wished me luck!

Oh, and I copped the collegiate national champ title for raw 60’s🥇

2026 Raw Nats Recap:

Every time I go to Nationals, there’s an expectation that I’ll see certain faces. This Raw Nationals felt a little lonelier with the absence of @clubpowerliftingatpitt my coach @al.niepl my bubs @jflot83 and of course @83champion.

More than anything, this meet reminded me how lucky I’ve been to have such incredible support throughout my lifting career.

My first Nationals was CNats ’22, also in Lombard. It was my first national win. When Greg found out, he came looking for me and gave me the biggest hug, barely able to contain his excitement. He was happier about my achievement than I was.
I thought about that moment a lot this weekend. I hope I made him proud here, too.

Thank you to all the referees and fellow lifters who made this meet feel a little less lonely. And thank you @klamgoesham for stepping in and offering to handle me as well.

4th place Open 60kg
SQ: 160.0kg (353lbs)
BN: 102.5kg (226lbs)
DL: 182.5kg (402lbs)
- missed 190kg for up/down 😔🥶
Total: 445kg (981lbs)
BW: 59.35kg
Dots: 496.7
PRs on SQ/BN/T. Very close to 455. Could possibly even beat @kevinvanengliftingatthegym ‘s 60kg total soon. We will see.

Meet prep thoughts:
Momentum from off season did not transfer into meet prep. Knew I would PR on squat and bench but had no idea how deadlift was going to go considering my heaviest deadlift of all prep was only 175kg. Decided to change back to old tech on meet day and turns out muscle memory goes hard. Felt shaky all day and felt off during lifts despite the weight moving. Thought my second deadlift felt kind of sticky so played safe. Was so surprised by how easy it was off the floor that it threw me off and made me lose balance. Alas. But excited to get back into training now that I know I’m not completely unc and washed.

B: 195 lbs x 3 matched PR
S: 285 lbs x 3 (lost balance on 2nd rep)
D: 160 kg x 3 (not great grip on 2nd rep)

Unfortunately, tweaked my SI area yet again — this time on leg press last Friday, so Week 4 didn’t end how I wanted. But still had a good block :) by @vzhenpower

Back to more consistent PL training after some on again off again type shit. Strength is returning quicker than I expected. Not sure why it feels better this block compared to past blocks. But maybe we can match a bench PR this block, who knows? Need to get used to higher intensity tho. BW also has returned to sub 130# after a week with mother iykyk
