our little ol’ business was recently featured in Forbes (!!) for our take on something we care deeply about: the balance between AI and human creativity

as you might already know (unless you’ve been living off the grid), it’s a conversation that’s everywhere right now

but here’s the thing: we’ve been thinking this way long before it was trendy

at our studio, we believe in:

- creative thinking that solves real problems
- strategic use of tools (including AI) to work smarter (not flatter)
- advocating for ethical, intentional tech
- delivering original work that stands out and actually works

that’s what caught Forbes’ attention

some reports estimate that the average person is exposed to 4,000 - 10,000 ads per day (depending on your lifestyle and media consumption) 🤯

however, even if you aren’t chronically online, you are constantly bombarded by incoming stimuli (think phone notifications, billboards, emails, etc.,)

that being said — you really do have to tell people what to do next (book a call, comment ____, click a link) depending on your end goal

a lot of marketing is simply repeating yourself because repetition is essential for staying top-of-mind and building trust so that when people are ready to finally take action, they know exactly how to 🎯

one thing we’ve learned over the past six years of building our own business is that tech moves fast, but the education around it doesn’t

new tools constantly get released, updates constantly happen, and it’s all explained in a way that feels way more complicated than it needs to be — and that creates a gap

this workshop was our way of helping bridge that gap — by sharing what we know, making it simple, making it accessible, and showing that AI isn’t something to be intimidated by

instead, it’s something we can use to bring our ideas to life 💻

we’re really grateful we got to be a small part of what @ybskids is doing

and this is something we want to keep providing — for students, teams, and organizations who care about impact

this past weekend, we partnered with @ybskids to host a workshop for middle & high school students called:

AI For School & Career Success: Skills Every Student Should Know

and WOW 🤩 this workshop was so fun!!! & these students are seriously incredible! 🔥

we designed this workshop so that it was fully hands-on so students actually got to play around with AI, build prompts, and create their own websites from scratch

and the ideas they came up with were so good 👏

one student (a SIXTH grader!!) built a website around skincare tips for teenagers dealing with acne 🤯😭👏

it was incredible to see the thoughtfulness, the creativity, and the execution all in one workshop

and that’s really the goal — making sure they’re still in the driver seat, while knowing they can use AI to think through problems critically, build ideas, and actually bring those ideas to life!

yesterday’s workshop with @ybskids was AMAZING 🔥

we didn’t just talk about AI — we actually got hands-on and used it!

we played around with it, built prompts, created websites, and we learned how AI can *actually* help students with school for things like projects, presentations, and even studying for exams

the coolest part was that these students have all already been using AI, but now they know how to use it BETTER 👏

We are so excited to share that we are partnering with @ybskids (Young Black and Suburban Kids) for a hands-on workshop designed for Middle and High School students:

Future Ready: AI for School & Career Success — Skills Every Student Should Know

In this interactive session, students will:

➡️ explore AI tools that can actually support studying & school success
➡️ learn how to build an effective prompt
➡️ work in teams to design and create a website

This workshop is part of the Access to Awesome Youth Program by YBS Kids — an organization dedicated to empowering students with tools, knowledge, and opportunities to build a better future 🙏🏽

This initiative closely with our mission at vznayres. As technology continues to rapidly evolve, new tools are often introduced without clear guidance on how to use them effectively. We believe we all deserve access to the knowledge and skills that help us navigate and leverage technology with confidence.
