One of the projects I’ve been developing recently is an integrated youth campaign for Ohio Fencing Center…bringing together brand strategy, creative direction and digital acquisition. The visual direction began with an original photography and film shoot, exploring a more atmospheric, almost ethereal interpretation of fencing alongside clean, athletic imagery and on-site training footage. From there, the I created a broader campaign ecosystem spanning the creative strategy, messaging + content through paid media, audience and geographic targeting, lead generation, CRM architecture, original landing page/ lead form, etc, performance reporting & ongoing optimization. OFC presents an especially compelling brand story: introducing beginners as young as 6yo to an Olympic sport within a training environment shaped by Olympians, national champions and internationally experienced coaches. The 1st phase has focused on building awareness & acquisition among younger fencers and their parents, w/ the campaign now expanding toward teens and fall after-school enrollment. It’s been an opportunity to develop both the visual identity and the infrastructure behind the campaign- connecting the precision, movement and tradition of the sport with a contemporary approach to audience growth.
