Last year, God brought us to a mountaintop moment.

But the mountaintop came after the valley.
After surrender.
After being saved.
After He refined our marriage.
After He took what felt broken and turned it into a testimony.

And then He allowed us to stand here together and receive an award that became so much bigger than us.

Through this company, the Monat Gratitude Foundation, this grant, and the nonprofit that helped save our lives through faith, God gave us the opportunity to pour back into the very people we once were:

The first responders.
The veterans.
The spouses.
The families carrying unseen battles.
The people who desperately need hope and Jesus.

God didn’t waste our valley.
He used it to prepare us for the mountaintop.
And He turned our testimony into service for others.

From broken → to restored → to giving back.

Only God. 🤍

Happy birthday, my love.

Father God, thank you for Jaclyn. Thank you for bringing us together as one. I pray over her that you provide her with strength and knowledge. I pray that you continue to bless her in ways she doesn’t know. Father, you know what an amazing person she is and what an amazing, beautiful heart that you gave her. Father, you know how much we love her as you love her.Father, thank you for the family that you gave us in Jesus name. Amen. I love you more than yesterday @jaclyn.kinney by @w2ymmike

@jaclyn.kinney is not only an amazing wife and mother, but a truly selfless daughter. The way she’s caring for her dad in hospice shows just how strong, compassionate, and loving she really is. The boys are passed out and she got to take boba for a visit! I love you more than yesterday 😘 by @w2ymmike

Behind the uniform, there’s a story most people never see... and today, I’m finally sharing ours. God used the very thing that almost broke us into our biggest testimony. 🛡️
