✨VERONICA ✨
A force of nature — Veronica’s amazing facials, textures, dynamics, extensions are always getting us hot & bothered like a dog in heat. 🔥

At every performance, she gives it her all and then some — She knows how to satisfy! When Veronica is on stage, you know it’s about to be a great show and that was no different at ETO! 👏

👑 When asked why she decided to start w*acking, she said:
“Growing up, I was sometimes made to feel like I wasn’t ‘feminine enough.’ Waacking taught me to embrace all sides of myself — feminine, masculine, soft, powerful, emotional. I don’t have to fit someone else’s definition of who I’m supposed to be.

“And so much of that comes from the people. The community is so loving and inviting; encouraging self-love, expression, and individuality.

“Waacking has become a space for me to discover who I am, express it freely, and keep learning to love all the different parts of myself. It reminds me that I am enough.”

YESSSS YOU ARE ENOUGH 🥹❤️🙌

✨RAVEN ✨
A firecracker force of nature! Raven is a super hot, sexy, really hot w*acking queen with some INSANE freestyling skills to boot. Her precision, creativity, and aura is next level! We lowkey wish we were the chair in slides 2 & 4. 🥵

👑 When asked what w*acking means to her, Raven said:
“Waacking has always been a free, open, and safe haven for me. It’s a space where I can express every side of myself and channel different characters without fear of judgment. It gives me room to be powerful and striking, yet soft and elegant all at once. Just love, support, and the freedom to fully embrace who I am. 💖”

✨ HARSHINI ✨
A smile that could launch a thousand ships! This sweet baby angel has a heart of gold, but even more so, the presence & energy Harshini brings to EVERY performance leaves a lasting mark — She has the power greater than that of a neighborhood HOA (in case that wasn’t clear, that’s A LOT!!!). 🙌

👑 Her response when asked what w*acking means to her:
“To me w*acking is the opportunity to find joy in the music and share it with everyone around me! And I for one don’t wanna lose out on those special moments. Life is simply too short to not w*ack awayyyy 🥰”

Harshini’s so sweet, we just got cavities 🥹🍭

✨ KELSEY ✨
If you haven’t witnessed Kelsey absolutely DEMOLISH a freestyle battle in her 6-inch heels, floor work, & w*acking prowess, then you’ve lived a lesser life — I’m sorry to be the one to break it to you. 🫂

👑 When asked why she loves w*acking so much, she said:
“I love wh/aacking because I can be whatever I want and express whatever I want when I’m dancing! Letting it out on the dance floor, especially when real life gets heavy, feels like true freedom 🐸💖”

And we love you, Kelsey!! 🥹

✨ SAM ✨
We’re kicking it off with the ETO Creative Mastermind herself! A pretzel in a past life, there is quite literally nothing Sam can’t do. I’ve seen her make a pizza while skydiving. True story.

In all seriousness, we must give major props to the creative genius behind all of our performances this year. Sam has an eye and a vision that always manages to highlight the essence of w*acking while still being entertaining and fun for the audience. We are very grateful for her contributions to the community always! ❤️

👑 When asked why she loves w*acking and what it means to her, Sam said:
“W*acking to me is an expression of power, desire, sensuality, vulnerability, and escape. It’s absolute freedom to be yourself without fear or judgment from others. It’s a cathartic release from whatever expectations or burdens are placed upon you and how you can take your power back through your dance.

“With W*acking, you can be whoever you want to be unapologetically and be transported to so many different worlds through the music.

“As someone who grew up in a family that constantly played funk and disco music around the house, w*acking gives me an opportunity to connect with my inner child and remind myself of where I come from.

“W*acking has also brought me closer to a community of people who love this style so much and have shaped me and my life in such positive ways! I would not be where I am without them or w*acking in my life. In the words of Lip J, ‘W*acking forever, Disco forever.’”

💫 We’re still on such a high from @eventheoddsatx! Thank you to everyone who came out to support & shoutout to all of the amazing dancers at this event — performers, freestylers, battlers! We’re so grateful we got to be a part of this experience with you all.

In preparation for this show, we had professional photos taken of our group by the talented Anthony! In the next few days, we’ll be sharing the individual photos of each team member with some background about them & their love of w*acking! 😍

For our last W*ack by the Water of the summer season, our very own @kitcat.dancer gave us some amazing and fun exercises to practice our technique, style, & performance. ❤️

It was the perfect way to end the szn on a perfect day! ☀️ Thank you for gifting us with all the knowledge you learned at @waacklanta & more, Kelsey! 🙌

Look out for some really exciting things coming from WaackATX this coming season, including a performance at Even The Odds THIS SATURDAY, 9/26! We hope to see you there, and please always remember to make the music your bitch. 😎 taken in Mueller Lake Park by @waackatx

👋 Hi, fam!! We’re going to be taking a break from W*ack by the Water sessions for a little bit to focus on some exciting projects this coming fall, so let’s close out this “season” with a bang!

📆 With that being said, we’ve got none other than Kelsey @kitcat.dancer leading us on Sunday, 8/30 from 10am - 12pm! She’s fresh off competing at Waacklanta, so you know she’s gonna bring the HEAT! 🔥 (hehe, see what we did there?)

This class will be focused on dancing in community and sharing the Waacklanta HEAT experience 🐸💖 We can’t wait to come together and experience this W*ack by the Water before our hiatus. taken in Mueller Lake Park by @waackatx
