We are thrilled to welcome Chef Todd Richards to Brassica and Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead as our newly appointed Executive Chef.

A four-time James Beard Award semifinalist and acclaimed author, Richards arrives with a deeply intentional, hands-on approach, shaping menus inspired by Georgia’s seasons and built through close partnerships with local farmers and purveyors. Drawing on classic French technique and thoughtful sourcing, he refines soul food traditions with nuance and precision, creating dishes that reflect the soul of Atlanta through an experienced, expressive lens.

His leadership extends across the property of Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, guiding the culinary direction of Brassica, in-room dining, banquets, and our Signature Tea Service, including the highly anticipated Bridgerton-Inspired Signature Tea and annual Galentine’s Tea.
