Sometimes #life be living so #fast *insert Ferris Bueller quote here* like the #show was so crazy with weather and all I almost forgot some of these #great moments with famalaam, and that’s wild. Because of the rush check out the #coolingblanket how much I’ve been freaking the cooking at home! When you look through I want you to listen to my song I put to this. Feel the past meet present and look future. I love yall well, except, you know…. Wade in a cooling blanket taken in Bleecker St Brooklyn N.Y by @wadetech

If you’ve ever wondered what some of the #testing is like, see these punctures and band aids? They stick a bunch of #needles in and run #electric charges through muscles. The other part looks like a tuning fork lol. All part of physical rehabilitation, therapy and recovery. ❤️‍🩹 I would be #lying if I said it wasn’t daunting and/or make me MORE #depressed. Slowly forward I guess. taken in Brooklyn, New York by @wadetech

#sometimes a #memory is so closely tied to a #trauma I have a thought of a person, place or time, and it just snaps or turns bad. That is what it can truly mean to be #triggered I’m supposed to be resting, really #sleep not dealing with one of these episodes. I got stuff to do. Shrug taken in 𝙰𝙻𝙾𝙽𝙴 ×͜× by @wadetech

I’ve had a lot of ups and downs. “Bad times don’t last, bad guys do” lol. I’d call it more #survival however, whether it’s #lucky or #blessed I’ve had #love shown even when I didn’t know what it was. I thought for a number of years if someone showed an interest in me, it was a put on or ulterior #motive sitting with feelings also often leads to more cooking lol. #lol #young Wade #superbad #mixtape transition from Vill Hil to Nerdgang era. I remember sitting in my little Hyundai getting the mix and master back and picking this insert up from a local printer I think it was old Liberty Printing. I couldn’t believe I was on a cover. From the old official “mixtape design studio” that a lot of the bigger guys used. Man what #memories taken in Bushwick by @wadetech
