The Marine Corps has truly been the best time of my life. It’s very sad I had to depart the way I did. It will always be a cherished memory. To all the family and support I made in the Marine Corps thank you. Semper Fi

From Paralyzed to where I am today….. I underwent 2 neck fusions, the first time they put me on crooked. Reconstruction of my cerebellum, reconstruction of my left humerus, removal of my spleen and kidney, placement of 2 VP shunts, took a piece of my rib out and installed in my neck to help fuse it together, and a breathing tube. I had a shunt failure shortly after which had to under go another surgery to replace it. Before my second fusion doctors said I was stuck like that. I had no grip strength in constant pain until I got a new neurologist and he was God sent. I live fearing when they go bad again. It’s not if it’s when but Always grateful. I truly believe I am where I am today because of the countless people praying for my recovery. “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matthew 18:20

At the end of the day consistency in the small things. Worry about what you can control. Shit happens in life. You can’t choose the cards in your hand but you can damn sure play them💪🏽 #gym #transformation #recovery #spinal taken in Spring, Texas by @wadi_fit

The last month has been a blessing. Moved to Texas. Purchased a house. Got some furniture and a grill. The pops came out to check out the new pad. After a rough 2 years I can finally say I’m happy where I’m at.

Happy Mothersday to the most amazing woman I get to call my wife. This journey has not been the easiest from sleepless nights of taking care of our son from a new born to being bedside to me in one of most tragic accidents someone can go through. You do it all. Life has not been all sunshine and rainbows but with you it feels worth it. Thank you for giving me the biggest blessing life has to offer a child🫶🏽
