سعادتي كبيرة برؤية أفكاري تتحول إلى واقع. 💕

احتفالًا باليوم الوطني السعودي الـ٩٦، نظّمت فعالية في استوديو @washi.bloom جمعت فيها بين الثقافتين السعودية واليابانية من خلال الشاي.

تشرّفت بقبول سعادة سفير اليابان وحرمه دعوتي. وكان إعداد الشاي وتقديمه لهما تجربة مميزة جدًا، وأسعدني كثيرًا سماع مدى سعادتهما بالحضور.

كان لكل تفصيل ارتباط شخصي بي؛ فقد جهّزت غرفة الشاي بأدواتي الخاصة، ومنها أدوات توارثتها عائلة زوجي، واستخدمت مجموعتي من اكواب الشاي الياباني المستوحاة من الثقافة السعودية، التي جمعتها أو صنعتها على مرّ السنوات. كما زيّنت المكان بلفافة مرسومه طلبت رسمها من قبل رسام، وعبّرت عن هذا الترابط الثقافي من خلال الكيمونو الذي ارتديته مع حزام «أوبي» صُنع خصيصًا بنقوش مستوحاة من الثقافة السعودية.

عكست هذه الفعالية محبتي للثقافتين، والروابط التي يمكن أن نصنعها من خلال كوب شاي. وأتطلع إلى تنظيم المزيد من الفعاليات التي تجمع بينهما وتصنع لحظات جميلة تحمل معنى. 🇸🇦🇯🇵💕

Seeing my ideas come to life has been such a joy. 💕

To celebrate the 96th Saudi National Day, I organized an event at @washi.bloom studio, bringing Saudi and Japanese cultures together through tea.

I was honored that His Excellency the Ambassador of Japan and his wife accepted my invitation. Preparing and serving tea for them was a truly special experience, and hearing how delighted they were to attend meant so much to me.

Every detail carried a personal connection. I prepared the tea room with my own tools, including some passed down through my husband’s family, and used my collection of Saudi-inspired tea bowls that I have gathered or created over the years. A custom-made scroll marked the occasion, while my kimono and custom-made obi featuring a Saudi-inspired pattern brought the connection between the two cultures into what I wore.

This event reflected my love for both cultures and the connections we can create through a bowl of tea. I look forward to bringing them together in many more meaningful moments. 🇸🇦🇯🇵💕 by @wafapedia

My dear Kuro went back to Allah.😭
Kuro wasn’t just a cat; she was my daughter. I had her since the day she was born. Her father tried to kill her for unknown reasons, so I took her and raised her in my room. We played hide and seek, slept on the same pillow, and ate at the same time. She was part of my family, and she was the best cat ever. She never hurt me and was always by my side for 18 years…
Seeing her struggle in the end was very painful. 💔In her last breath, even though she couldn’t move, she tried her best to come closer to us. We held her paws, and she kept looking at us till the end. 😭
Thank you, Kuro, for the wonderful 18 years with me. I hope you enjoyed them as much as the joy you brought into our lives. I still keep looking at your things, waiting for you to purr next to me, bump your head against me, sit on my laptop, play with your toys, look at me with your lovely eyes when I’m eating, joining us for a family photo, and show how happy you were to get your favorite treat every day.
I miss everything you did, and I can’t believe you’re not with us anymore. But I know you are not suffering now, and you are with Allah. I pray to Allah to let me see you again in heaven.
You will be missed, but never forgotten.😭 by @wafapedia

مهرجان “تسوكوماي” احتفال ياباني قديم، عباره عن عرض أكروباتي. الاسم جاي من رقصة تقليدية، واللي بيرقصوا فيها بيلبسوا لبس خاص، و أقنعة على شكل ضفادع، ويطلعوا فوق عمود طويل و يرمو السهام. العرض يعتبر كنوع من الطقوس عشان يدعوا المطر ينزل ويبارك الزرع

The “Tsukumai Festival” is an old Japanese celebration that features an acrobatic performance. The name comes from a traditional dance where the performers wear special costumes and frog-shaped masks, climb a tall pole, and shoot arrows. The performance is considered a kind of ritual to pray for rain to fall and bless the crops.

كل عام وانتم بخير اول بوست أنزله في رمضان 😊 الصور لبيت عيسى مكان جميل مفتوح الان للزوار عبارة عن بيوت عرقة القديمة سولها صيانة وفيها جلسات كثيرة و محل يبيع اكلات شعبية لاسر منتجة و الضيافة مجانية 😊 المكان قريب من المنطقة اللي استأجرنا فيها سياكل في وادي حنيفة . ان شاء الله نزور المنطقة مرة ثانية 💕

Since I have a love for old houses, I recently visited a charming historic home called Isa House in the Irqah area. The house has been beautifully restored and is now open to the public, though not many people know about it yet—making it a perfect spot to explore.

The space feels like a maze with its many cozy seating areas, adding to its charm. They offer free drinks, and there’s a small shop selling traditional food. It’s also located near Hanifa Valley, where we went cycling last time. I’d definitely visit again and spend more time exploring the area on my bike! 🚲💕

古民家が大好きなので、エルガ地区にある最近修復されて、現在は一般公開されているイーサー邸に行ってみました。まだあまり知られていない穴場スポットなので、のんびり過ごすことができます。

建物の中には座るところがたくさんあって、無料の飲み物や伝統的な料理を売っている小さなお店もあります。近くには前にサイクリングをしたワーディ・ハニーファもあるので、今度は自転車で行って、もっといろいろなところを見てみたいです！🚲💕 taken in Irqah Wadi Hanifah by @wafapedia
