Chef BJ is getting ready to leave for Japan and looking forward to reconnecting with Yoshiki Usunaga, one of the greatest and youngest rancher's of Kobe beef.

We are honored to work with the world's finest beef and connect with the people who produce it. When we say we get wagyu from the source, we mean it. Do you know where your wagyu comes from?

Nothing like the world's greatest and most exclusive wagyu... here's some Takamori "Drunken" Wagyu picanha by @numamoto_ . The cattle are fed sake mash from the Dassai sake brewery to give it superior flavor, marbling and texture!
