Yoga at Morgan Bay Hotel.
So enjoying our daily morning yoga sessions. Such a treat to be breathing in the Sea air, gazing at the Ocean, and tuning in to the sound of the waves.

Wishing you joy & expansion in your practice today. Take your time.
No where to go.
Nothing to do.
No one to be.
Just for the next hour.

Biodanza at Spaza Gallery, Troyville, Jhb.
Dionne's first Biodanza teacher training assessment was so special. Intimate group, phenomenal music, and a hearty, creative facilitation. All held together in the iconic time capsule that is Spaza. Grateful that this space lives on, despite the gentrification of it's surroundings, thanks to Dionne & the team at Spaza. 💞💃💞 by @waheedaramjan

Art of Living's Market Day at Holy Family Chuch : Johannesburg.

Typical of Art of Living gatherings.
Big smiles, bubbling Joy which seems to come out of nowhere in particular😂.
So awesome to meet up with my cherished teachers, co-facilitators, team leaders, community builders, dharma goddessses🎎. And new friends.

Jacaranda Bliss from our verandah 🦋🦋🦋. Just in awe at this time of year. The city is covered in lilac canopies. The roads are paved in lilac blossoms. Joh!!! 😃 by @waheedaramjan

Women's Race: Thousands of women ( some with babies) ran and walked on Sunday. So proud of Anu who completed 10km in just 80min. Wow!!!
Such a wonderful atmosphere of celebration and unity. South Africans love to party🤩💃💞🌍💞 by @waheedaramjan

Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve: A fine way to spend a Thursday.

My daughter thought a 10km run through Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve , would be the training she needed for a Women's Race she's participating in this Sunday.
I did a leisurely 5km trail, with lots of stops, a short nap & lunch. How nice to be completely alone in Nature.
And on this 1st day of Navaratri, with it's mountains and stone symbols.
Interesting fact: a Hindu calender dating back 2000 years was found at Suikerbosrand.
