Flowin and vibin last night. Thank you Ryan for the fun dances!

Obsessed with how my new hair feels. I’m excited to grow my ability to do more hair-ography. Also love watching me grow as a follow, she’s growing in trust and living in the moments to groove without hurry. (low key feels like life)

Update! My knee is feeling better!

In case you didn’t know, I was dealing with over 3 months of chronic inflammation and pain on my left knee this summer. It’s a great thing that I have such a knowledgeable, intuitive, and effective chiropractor @active.care.chiro He helps me continue dancing!

Injuries suck and finding the right care is expensive and stressful.

Thank you for praying and being in patient with me when I couldn’t dance as much as I wanted to. I’m still healing but now I can dance with a lot less pain.

I’m such a big believer in chiropractic care because visits with Dr Wogahn was the only thing that helped relieve my frozen neck and shoulder pain in 2021. I’ve been on regular monthly maintenance. Continuing my visits with Dr. Kris has been a self care practice that has allowed me to grow my dance and maintain my athleticism.

“Should we celebrate 5 years?” I replied, “YES!”

I treasure deep meaningful and lasting friendships, God has blessed me with several incredible forever friends so when newer ones show signs of longevity I love to celebrate.

and so we did 💕 we co worked, experienced art and food adventures, and of course had some dancing.

🥂here’s to more adventures with you.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.”

“Even if… we get to do this the rest of our lives and it’s meant to be fun!” my friend @rosebud.sea reminded me.

So I gave it my best and then proceeded with having the bestest time laughing and dancing and sometimes singing my little heart out! @cityofangelswcs

Building anticipation and anxiety reminds me to lean on Jesus and share in embracing [discomfort] which results in greater endurance, character growth, and hope. (ref. Romans 5:3-5) I’m so grateful for trusted others that also help me redirect my inner thought towards God’s way. 🙏 Praise Him 🙌

Dancing UP a couple levels… no big deal! It’ll be fun she said! And it was!!!

Thank you Kayla for inviting me to dance strictly with you! You are such a joy to dance with! Don’t be fooled by the panic concentrated face in our comp dances, I was having the time of my life!

🥾 Switzer Falls Trail

Mission: get to the waterfall without getting the inside of our shoes wet! We tried, my right shoe got wet but the left one is dry!

I forget how much fun it is to climb, balance through rocks and branches. It feels playful to try avoiding getting our shoes wet on this trail.

Bonus! we scored the perfect shady parking spot near the trail head. Grateful coz we didn’t want to hike a steep road uphill!
