Nauli Kriya (Abdominal Cleansing)
A way to Cleanse the body exists (Detoxification), Strengthen Digestive Organs, Build core strength and many more. Very good for digestion, metabolism and gut health too. It's as a form of abdominal massage. This technique helps our physical health. It also builds a strong connection between the mind and body. This connection improves our overall well-being.

Noted :
To practice this on an empty stomach or 10-15 minutes after taking a cup of warm water.

Avoid if you have stomach ulcers, hernias problems.

Be cautious if you have high blood pressure. As this might temporarily increase blood pressure.

Do not practice during pregnancy.

Consult doctor if you have any disease of the intestine or pancreas before practising.

The last I posted my nauli practice was in March 2020.
I have been practicing Nauli Kriya every day since 2018.

Happy Halloween 🎃👻🦇🎊
A perfect way to wrap up October!

My last day of October was filled with laughter, good vibes, spooky fun and, of course, lots of delicious food!

So much joy, beautiful souls, wonderful company and homemade goodies shared with love. Nothing beats celebrating together, flowing together and making memories together.

Ending October on such a happy note! 🎵 🎉

Thank you, everyone, for making this Halloween party so special!🧡🤗

甲乙丙丁 ~Strangers 💔

It’s really heartbreaking when two people that i care about once be very close, shared so many memories, and imagined a future together, yet eventually reach a point where they can no longer walk the same path. It's so difficult to imagine them becoming strangers now.

Nothing fancy, just precious family time, happy tummies and countless little moments to treasure.

And a little last-minute pampering too — a hair makeover for Mom and my niece!

So glad that Mom, my brother, niece and nephew came for a week in September. ❤️
Until our next family reunion! 🫶🏻

Part 2 : Love the buffet breakfast. The selection of fresh fruits, fresh juice, homemade beetroot chiaseed, homemade yoghurt, sourdough bread, pastries, and the local food are excellent. 🥂
The dinner is well prepared and served by the beach western restaurant. A perfect place to dine. ❤️
