Sometimes I get frustrated with my slow progress and forget about my starting point. It takes time! #weightlosstransformation #10years taken in Texas, USA by @waitwhoher_

I’m Jazz. I’m not new to this gym thing but def still learning! I’ve lost 140lbs with VSG and consistent exercise. I also recently had a MMO to remove excess skin. I’m working towards the healthiest version of me possible! I have PCOS and Lipidema so that makes it a bit harder but I keep pushing. One day at a time 🫶🏾🫶🏾 taken in Texas, USA by @waitwhoher_
