At 108 years old, Susan Young Browne says the key to a healthy life is to keep moving. She works out at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, Delaware, three times a week, and starts every day with a fitness regimen she's followed for decades.

"When I get up in the morning, I have an exercise routine that I've been doing for the last 20 years," she said.

And the occasional slice of her famous 7UP pound cake doesn't hurt either.

Tim and Tolly Sherry never set out to become internet famous.

The Philadelphia-area couple, married for more than 30 years, were simply doing what they have always done: dancing at home, laughing together and enjoying old-school music.

But when their son Brad got married last year — with plenty of cameras rolling — everything changed after the mother-son dance to Earth, Wind and Fire quickly took off on social media. by @wakisha_baileytv

Candy corn -- do you gobble it up or does it make you want to throw up?

The tri-colored candy has divided households for years.

The debate even made it into the CBS News Philadelphia newsroom on National Candy Corn Day.

And did you know candy corn was created in Philadelphia in the 1880s? by @wakisha_baileytv

Willow Grove teenager Kareem was filled with joy over the weekend as dozens of people showed up to help him celebrate his birthday and make new friends.

Last week, Kareem and his mother Mary Ann shared their story with CBS News Philadelphia, hoping the community might help him feel less alone.

@andrewkozaktv has some news about this weekend’s sunsets. Roughly 75% of the newsroom would like him to let them work. 😂

He tried to sound the alarm. The concern was… limited.

Friday: 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 5:59 p.m.
Sunday: 4:58 p.m.

Clocks go back an hour Sunday, and Andrew is clearly taking the early sunsets harder than his coworkers.

What does the pre-5pm sunset mean to you?

LeBron James is making his Sixers home debut tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but his connection to the city began nearly 24 years ago.

In 2002, the NBA's leading scorer wowed visitors at the Palestera as he torched the city's top high school team.

There’s a new space at Xfinity Mobile Arena where fans can take a break from the noise and excitement of Sixers and Flyers games.

Kidology’s sensory room, located on the suite level, offers a quiet place to reset during all arena events. Free sensory bags with coloring books, fidget toys and other items are also available.

The room is designed with younger fans in mind, but adults who need a break from the action are welcome, too. by @wakisha_baileytv

How about some friendly competition for a great cause! I had a blast hosting Philly AIDS Thrift’s 7th Annual Pie Eating Contest. Thanks for having me—and to everyone who showed up ready to cheer, compete, and celebrate the community. 🥧 @phillyaidsthrift and @djrobertdrake kept the good vibes going 🏳️‍🌈 by @wakisha_baileytv

The Essential Needs Hub is a central spot for resources students may need to get through the day.

The hub includes groceries, a quiet wellness space and a thrift store where every item costs less than $10. by @wakisha_baileytv
