Grandma,
If I’m being honest, none of this feels real. I just don’t believe that you are gone. I’ve spent my entire life knowing you and loving you. You truly made me who I am today. I have been mourning you, the real you, since 2020. Dementia took you from me long before it ended your time on this earth. I will always look for pieces of you everywhere and I’ll be just as stubborn as you always were. I’ll always cherish the memories of us laying in your bed, having a “sleep over” while watching either cops or golden girls. I remember falling asleep and then waking up to George Lopez on the TV and being confused out of my mind lol. I hope wherever you are headed they have plenty of Coke for you.
I love you always and forever, Ashlee by @waldee2005

Boy oh boy where do I even start? From breaking my hand in April, getting surgery and being unsure if I’d even be able to play this summer to third place at state. I’m really proud of that medal even though I REALLY wanted a ring lol. It was still all so worth it. After 15 years, this chapter of my life has come to a close. I’ll miss this sport and these people for the rest of my life. This season was hands down the most fun I’ve ever had playing. I love all of you oh so much, go do great things next summer 💙 by @waldee2005
