60 BLOKES. GOOD COFFEE. REAL CONNECTION. 🤝

What a turnout in Rocky yesterday!

60 blokes came together for a morning of good conversations, plenty of laughs and looking out for one another.

Big shoutout to Ergon Energy Retail for getting behind the blokes and supporting another great morning in the community.

The team also shared some handy tips on understanding power bills, finding ways to save on electricity and taking a bit of pressure off everyday living costs.

Because sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference.

And we're doing it all again next weekend!

📍 YEPPOON, YOU'RE UP!
🗓 Saturday 24 October | 7–9am
☕ Keppel Bay Sailing Club

No pressure. No expectations. Just show up, grab a coffee and have a chat.

Who's bringing a mate to Yeppoon? Tag them below! 👇

A big thank you to Ergon Energy Retail for supporting our Walk ’n’ Talk community catch-ups, providing reusable coffee cups and putting on a free BBQ for the blokes.

A special shout-out to Galactic Donuts for supplying free donuts and Poppies Cafe for continuing to support the blokes and bringing our community together.

It's local businesses and community support like this that help us create spaces where people can show up, feel welcome and connect.

COME ALONG TO OUR NEXT CATCH-UPS 👇

📍 ROCKHAMPTON Saturday 17 October | 7am–9am Poppies Cafe, Southside Pool

📍 YEPPOON Saturday 24 October | 7am–9am Keppel Bay Sailing Club

Come solo. Bring a mate. Stay for a coffee or a chat.

No pressure. No expectations. Just show up.

YOU'VE SEEN THE NUMBERS. NOW THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE.

A mate. A dad. A brother. A workmate.

Someone's whole world.

Every number represents a life, a family, a community and people left carrying the loss.

Today is World Mental Health Day. 💚

Awareness matters. But it can't be where we stop.

Because behind the statistics are real people, real struggles and real opportunities to show up for one another.

Sometimes that starts with something simple.

The message you send.
The coffee you organise.
The invitation you make.
The time you take to listen.
The effort you make to follow up.

You don't need all the answers to make someone feel heard, supported and less alone.

DON'T JUST BE AWARE. BE THERE.

Before you share this post, reach out to someone you haven't checked in on for a while.

And don't let it end with today.

CONNECTION BEFORE DIRECTION.
ACTION OVER AWARENESS.

Walk 'n' Talk Collective.

If you need support, you're not alone.

360 No Scopes are way harder with a sore back! 🧑‍🦳

The Cowmunity got behind Unc Edition at the @greatwesternhotel last night with some throwbacks of Black Ops 2 and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith! Always a pleasure to reminisce on games with fellow gamers and introduce young gamers to old favourites of ours!

What games do you want to see us play?!
