CHAMPS !!! 🏆 🛡️

We’re thrilled to be celebrating alongside our friends at @afc.toronto as they hoisted the Supporter’s Shield in the inaugural season of the NSL! What an incredible regular season!

In particular, we want to recognize two amazing athletes that we’ve had the privilege of working with, and SUPPORTing in their rehab and performance journeys.

Leah and Sonia are incredible women, athletes, and teammates. Despite facing the setbacks of injuries this year, they have displayed fortitude, resilience, motivation, inspiration, support, and passion at every stage - all of which demonstrate their professionalism, and champion mentality. It is an honour to work with them, and walk (and start running!!) alongside them through their rehab journeys. We congratulate them for being integral members of a championship team, both on and off the field!

We are so excited to see what the future holds for them as they continue their ascent! More Supporter’s Shields to come… 📈

Sonia Walk: Local roots. Steady presence. 🛡️

🇨🇦 Represented Canada at the U-17 FIFA Women’s World Cup and later featured again with the U-20s
🥉 Two-time Concacaf bronze medalist (2018 & 2022)
🎓 Logged over 4,200 minutes at Boston College, making 61 appearances across four NCAA Division I seasons—showcasing versatility as both a defender and midfielder

Now she returns to the city that shaped her. Let’s build from the back—together.
