It’s been a day! 🏁 🏃🏾‍♂️💨Fat boy crossed the finish line on a 10k today. Tbh this year has not gone as planned and I’ve fell short of many goals. One goal I set was to run a race with my brother in honor of our dad that passed and we made it happen today. It’s a slide of our dad running back in the day.I ran a 10k today y’all! Honestly it wasn’t bad in the moment but know that my knees are hurting as I’m typing this. I’ve prepped for this the last few months and it feels good to outperform a goal that I set. God is good. He’s able and a waymaker because I did not know how I was going to do this when we originally planned it. I made it though and was 30 seconds under my original mile pace goal.
