I didn’t plan for my life to look like this. I just kept saying yes to the calling. And somehow, that “yes” became a brand. A store. A team. A family business. A community. A craft worth preserving. Swipe through the kind of chic I never knew I was signing up for. #MadeInLove #WalkWithMIL #ProudlyCebuano #HandmadeMeansMore #PhilippineCraftsmanship by @walkwithmil_
WAIT. POV: You just found a Cebu footwear brand that’s proudly handmade by Filipino artisans. Intentional. Limited. Worth it. 👡🔥 Tag your shoe bestie before your size sells out. Store Location: 📍B205 MIL @atuamidtowncebu F Manalo St Cor Queens Rd Camputhaw Cebu City (back of puregold mango, in front of Redemtorist Church, eskina Iglisia ni Cristo) Mon close Tue to Fri 1pm to 7pm Sat Sun 10am to 8pm #CebuPride #Handmade #HandmadeFootwear #SupportLocalPH #ProudlyFilipino by @walkwithmil_
I spent years studying for a career I eventually left. Now I spend my days talking about leather, shoe lasts, artisans, production, and Filipino craftsmanship. If you asked me years ago if I’d become a footwear founder, I’d probably laugh. Yet here we are. Funny how life works. The biggest plot twist wasn’t changing industries. It was discovering that success has very little to do with what you studied—and everything to do with what you’re willing to learn, sacrifice, and build. MIL started with zero guarantees. No roadmap. No family business. No footwear background. Just a belief that Filipino-made products deserve a bigger stage. Every pair we create carries a story of risk, faith, and people who chose to keep going when quitting would’ve been easier. So if you’re feeling lost because your life doesn’t look like the plan you originally had… Maybe you’re not lost. Maybe you’re being redirected to your purpose. From scrubs to soles. What’s a plot twist in your life that turned out better than expected? #FromScrubsToSoles #MILFounder #FilipinoCraftsmanship #MompreneurPH #BuildWithPurpose by @walkwithmil_
