Today marks 10 years officially locked in. A whole decade of growth, lessons, laughter, challenges, and building something real together.

You’ve been with me since I was a 23-year-old trying to figure it out, and you’ve stood by me as I’ve grown into the 35-year-old man I am today. That kind of love, loyalty, and belief means everything.

We built a beautiful family, a life full of memories, and a foundation that keeps getting stronger. I truly couldn’t have done this with anyone else.

🎯 SELF REMINDER: Life’s more than just hustle. It’s about who you’re living it with.

Man… this past weekend in DC & @ Nationals Park was everything. Just kicking it with my guys, laughing, catching up, being present. I get so caught up in my grind that I forget how important these friendships are — how much they’ve shaped me.

From here on out, I’m making space for moments like this… not just hustle, hustle, hustle — but real connection with the people that matter.

Day 226. 💪🏾🧠

One of the biggest lessons in this journey has been learning to be okay with being misunderstood.

Everybody won’t understand your moves, and everybody isn’t genuinely trying to. People see things through their own experiences, not yours.

I’ve found so much more peace in letting people think what they want. You can’t lose sleep trying to explain your life to people who don’t see your perspective.

One of the biggest challenges in life is recognizing when it’s time to make a move. 💯

Sometimes the opportunity is right in front of us, but fear, overthinking, or waiting for the “perfect” moment keeps us stuck.

We can’t always wait until we feel 100% ready. Sometimes we have to trust what we’ve learned, have faith, and take that first step.

Kicked off the weekend with my guy Scotty C, aka the 6’6” Stallion, at the Promenade Farmers Market! 😂😤

We met great people, connected with local business owners, and even got a visit from our coworker Amber and her husband. For our first pop-up, we’re calling it a success!

One of my favorite quotes is often attributed to John Lennon: “Everything will be fine in the end. If it’s not fine, it’s not the end.” ❤️

Sometimes life gets messy. We’re in between where we’ve been and where we’re trying to go, and we can’t quite see how it’ll all work out.

That’s okay. We don’t have to have every answer today. We’ve made it through hard seasons before, and we’ll keep finding our way through this one, too.

Day 225: We spend so much time showing up for everyone else that we forget to show up for ourselves. 💯

We can’t pour into others while running on empty. We have to recharge, protect our peace, and invest in our own growth.

Taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish. It helps us show up better for the people who matter most.

The older we get, the more we appreciate people who bring peace instead of drama. 🙏🏾

Life already comes with enough adversity, stress, and responsibilities. The last thing we need is to keep entertaining relationships that drain us or add unnecessary weight to what we’re already carrying.

Outside of our family, if you’re going to be in our circle, bring some peace, positive energy, and genuine love. We don’t need everybody around us, just the right people.

If we take one thing from this message today, let it be this: WE ARE RIGHT ON TIME. 🙏🏾💯

We’re not behind. We’re not out of chances. We’re right where we need to be to keep growing into who we’re meant to become.

We’re done wasting energy stressing over things we can’t control. We’re going to do our part, stay present, trust God’s timing, and keep putting in the work.
