Hi, everyone! I want to finally introduce myself on here. My name is Paula, I am the owner/operator of Walla's Sweet Tooth! I started this business in 2019. When I first started I wanted to create delicious desserts that not only visually appealing but would also have you drooling. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Also, I am a foodie! There's literally nothing in this world (other than my daughter) that brings me joy like food does. There in lies where my passion for what I do, comes from.
So here's a back story, let's go back in time about 16 years ago. Two of my friends and I had a bake sale in front of my house. I dont quite remember whose idea it was but we made it happen! I was in charge of the baking. I made cupcakes and cookies (store bought dough and box cake mix of course!). One of my friends brought huggie juices and bags of chips. My other friend brought her toy cash register so that we could take payments. We set up shop in front of my house and waved down all the cars that drove through the neighborhood. Within a couple of hours we SOLD OUT! Everyone complimented us on the baked goods and commended us for putting together the bake sale. We made about $50 that day!! It made me so happy to see everyone enjoy what we created, and they loved the baked goods! That was literally, one of my favorite childhood memories.
Fast forward to 2019! While I enjoyed trying new recipes I loved that I can get more creative with baking! The original name was 'Sweet Tooth Cafe' which was already taken! (Shocker right? Lol) So I decided to tweek the name to make it my own. Then Walla's Sweet Tooth was born! Walla is a nickname I was given by an old friend and Sweet Tooth is simply from my love of sweets. Now when I say I LOVE sweets it's a real thing. My sweet tooth is dangerous! 🤣
Cupcakes are one of my favorite things to bake! I love pairing different flavor combinations that you may not see at a bakery or have heard of. That you would want to gift to someone as well. Who wouldn't love an edible gift that makes your mouth water! I know I do! 🙋🏿‍♀️So here we are!
Thank you to everyone that has been rocking with us! If you are new here, WELCOME!🙏🏿 #wallassweettooth by @wallassweettooth
