Jesus was perfect. If he was tempted at an opportune time, what excludes us from that reality? The presence of temptation has sometimes erroneously been associated with sin and/or being far away from God. Jesus gives us the perfect example in Matthew Chapter 4 that temptation is something we ALL will experience on our walk with God. Adam & Eve experienced temptation, Moses, Abraham, Jesus..... and now US.

How can we learn from how to be guarded from the vices of the enemy? We can learn how to ward off temptation by using God's Word as our weapon. The test is inevitable. The way that we respond is integral.

In Matthew Chapter 4, Jesus overcomes the temptation of the enemy by using the Word of God as his weapon. What can we learn from this?

We can gain a true understanding of the power of God’s word when we reflect on this passage. Building up our faith and endurance is essential in this life. We live in a world filled with temptations at every corner. We are called to power over sin and submit to God’s Word and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

What is Wall of Faith?

The Word of God teaches us in Ephesians 6 to take on the full armor of God in our daily lives. The more I dive into the Word and understand God better, I realize that we are in a constant battle of good and evil.

Our job as believers is to be covered in the armor of God and to guard our hearts with the faith in the promise that God will restore us from this sinful world. Hence the name WALL OF FAITH! by @wallof.faith
