Recent work completed within a week ☺️🎀 It’s often a guessing game but in the end, it’s a feeling not quite many can understand.💛 #perthmural #northmetrotafe #wa by @wallwhim
🌟 Part 1/2 from the Shenton Park Village series 🌟 Tea up with @phont.design for some amazing letter writing and I think we delivered 😆 by @wallwhim
Can’t you tell that I’m obsessed with blue flowers 😚 (more on this another time) This piece was completed just over 10 hours as part of the first street exhibition with @dreamsnschemes.co Big kudos to all the legends that showed up last minute and covered every corner from the ground up! by @wallwhim
The team is stoked to line up all the best shots and BTS footage of Dreams N Schemes Exhibition 1 What a great turn out and we owe it to literally everyone that came down! The way coordinators and creatives cleaned up a space and fully decked it out was a dream come true, we couldn't have done it without you all believing in what we set out to achieve. Stay Tuned cause it's only just beginning, Exhibition 2 coming soon - #perthcollective #perthcreatives #photography #perthexhibition #creativecollective by @wallwhim
I’m in a mood big time - this mural was completed within a day during my skate trip in London just over a year and half ago 🥺 This one consists of just 6 colours - 3 shades of green, white, black and a burnt orange. You can find this on Old Kent Road in Peckham, South London 🪲 #mural #peckham #southlondon by @wallwhim
This four-panel piece was painted for an outdoor afresco area by the client’s pool. The theme was “tropical”so tukana and hibiscus it is 😄. Completed over the course of 14+ hours over one week. FUN FACT 🌟 The toucan’s scientific name is Ramphastos toco. In Greek: ramphos = “curved beak” and astos = “citizen”. Although the featuring one here is a Toco Toucan, many of its other cousins have blue feet. 🥀 Got a blank wall that needs some life? Give me a message and let’s make it happen ❤️‍🔥 #perthmural by @wallwhim
Hi friends🌬️ Thanks for following me, my name is Ruby and here I’ll show you how I emotionally spiral in a visually aesthetic way 🤧 I’ve been painting for about 3 years and in a similar way that skateboarding did for me, art saved me. My favourite all time medium is spray painting, mostly because of the vibrant effect it comes with it and that I can absolutely freestyle a piece and find my flow. The first person who opened the door for my artistic endeavours was Nelson Mondlane from HQ Walls - he believed in me just like my friend Alec Stook (Plead the Fifth) who took this picture, believed in me. The reason I’m saying this is because sometimes you don’t always see yourself being capable of wonderful things but believe me when I say life isn’t serious — it’s just one long, low budget performance art stunt 💛 In the recent times I’ve picked up pastels and acrylics through a number of seascape workshops with my teacher Ann Steer. What else, I’m looking to become a mural artist 🙏. I’ll keep painting until I land my first commissioned wall. Besides, I’ve became a member of Artsource, fully licensed and insured for public liability as well as I’ve got my Working at Heights ticket so fingers crossed I’ll get busy this year. I chose WALLWHIM for a name because it means “The sudden urge/ fanciful idea to go painting a wall, one that can’t be reasonably explained.” 😋 Again thank you for following my journey. I’m myself biggest critic so it might take me some time to upload and share my work. Love you all🌟 by @wallwhim
