Leadership truly isn’t about Power or Prestige , it’s fundamentally about responsibility . Leaders carry the weight of decisions affecting others’ lives , well being & futures therefore it calls them to have a big heart to carry that burden. Most importantly it calls for them to be God fearing , seeking guidance & wisdom beyond oneself . This fosters humility & sense of accountability. Leadership stripped of compassion becomes tyranny . Leadership without resistance crumbles. Leadership disconnected from humility & God often leads to ego-driven failure. Therefore leaders are asked to lead with a big heart in order to lead humanely & effectively. by @walter.mc_01

Youthful urgency often fixates on achievement, validation and accumulation . Later wisdom asks “ at what cost? “ we start weighing effort against emotional toll , recognizing that stress and chaos drain meaning from what we perceive as success. The need to impress others softens. You begin to protect your inner calm , releasing guilt , habits and people that disrupts your peace 💫 by @walter.mc_01
