He was mine and I was his. ♥️ We scoffed at the manufactured traditions of Valentine’s Day. Yet Ruddy always sent me red roses accompanied by the goofiest handwritten letter, complete with drawings and doodles, that started out silly and ended up insanely elegant and sentimental. Saved every one of them. He had a way with my heart. Yesterday was an unexpectedly tough one — when the wild beauty and pain of unbearable loss pays a visit, and the mailbox sits empty. ♥️ My salvo to Al: #WandaMcDaniel + #AlbertRuddy = #TrueLove ♥️ Miss you, baby.
