This November 1st, six Wandercraft team members are trading the office for the start line of the TCS New York City Marathon.

Matthieu Masselin, our CEO, along with Alana Rogers, Laure Bouché, Kevin Fleischmann, Joshua Breighner, and Andrada Durantel are running for Team Axis — marking Axis’s 7th year as an Official Charity Partner for the marathon.

@axisprojectnyc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities. After losing their community space in 2025, Axis is building forward: a new hub in East Harlem for adaptive fitness, a maker lab for accessible design, and other community spaces open to all.

Our team’s goal: raise $27,000 to help power it.

At Wandercraft, our mission is to build technology that helps people move and supports the disability community, so supporting Axis’ mission was an easy yes!

42 kilometers (26.2 miles) is nothing compared to the real challenge: building a more inclusive community. Every dollar counts, funding adaptive equipment and programs for the NYC disability community — help our team cross the finish line! 💪

You never truly know what you have until it’s gone. But sometimes, it isn’t until you get a little piece of it back that you learn to appreciate it even more. ❤️‍🩹

This exoskeleton (@wandercraft.official ) has changed so much more than my everyday routine. It’s given me the chance to experience something I once thought I had lost forever. Something I used to take for granted has now become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

PS: For those wondering, my companion doesn’t have to hold the exoskeleton throughout the walk. 🤍

📣 Wandercraft acquires @eksobionics

We’re bringing together two trailblazers in medical exoskeletons, extraordinary teams, and decades of pioneering engineering and clinical research.

🌍 Together, we can accelerate innovation and expand access to robotic mobility across the United States, EMEA, and beyond.

For the people we serve, that means greater choice and more potential to stand, walk, participate more fully in everyday life, and experience greater independence.

We couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter. 🎉

One week ago today, @wandercraft.official and @unitedspinal celebrated the official launch of Eve!

Two years ago when I first met Eve, every step felt revolutionary- with every step I could feel tiny strides of hope. Today, my hope has only grown. Those revolutionary steps feel even more so.

Every time I am in Eve, I see how she would be integrated in my life. One of the most meaningful parts is seeing the hope that comes when others can see themselves in Eve. Seeing how she could be integrated in your life. In public speaking, learning new recipes in the kitchen, standing up to hug someone, walking eye to eye.

I would like to thank every engineer, every creative person, clinical specialist, clinical trial participant, every pilot and companion, every PT, every single member of our team behind the scenes who are the exact reason why Eve is possible.

Getting to share this experience with @weston_greenwood , Robert Woo, and Dr. Robert Winston made it all the more special. It’s like a dream come true when you and your friends get to bond and lead a room of people in your favorite exoskeleton.

Wandercraft’s Eve has such a special place in my heart. Not just because of what she gives to me, but because of what she gives to our community. I could not be more honored to be part of such an extraordinary team, and I cannot wait to see where Eve goes 🫶 by @wandercraft.official

It’s interesting how life works. The people you meet, the places you go, and the experiences you have somehow, everything seems to happen for a reason, whether you planned for it or not.

I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of this night, celebrating United Spinal Association’s 80th anniversary and the launch of Wandercraft’s Eve exoskeleton.

Who would’ve thought that breaking my neck 18 months ago would lead me here?

I don’t really know what else to say besides thank you. ❤️

Thank you @wandercraft.official and @unitedspinal for doing such amazing things and for allowing me to be part of this journey. I’m grateful to be involved in something that has the potential to help so many others.

Sometimes, the path you never planned for leads you somewhere you never imagined.

« What makes Wandercraft unique is the way we think about building products. We try to build with people and not just for people. » - Matthieu Masselin, Wandercraft CEO.

That line set the tone for everything that followed on September 17th. The event took place in partnership with United Spinal Association, which was celebrating its 80th anniversary🎉

The room was packed. The energy was there from the first minute. But what made the evening was our pilot taking the stage and sharing what Eve has meant in her daily life. That was the moment the room went quiet.

Eve is now commercially available in the United States. And this is just the beginning.

Thank you to everyone who came, who believed in this early, and who has been part of the journey.

Grand Central Terminal, 1948. Two years after a group of World War II veterans with spinal cord injuries founded what became United Spinal Association, they rolled into Manhattan to demand better care at the VA hospitals that were failing them.

For 80 years we’ve kept showing up. For better medical care, accessible buses and subways, building codes that let a wheelchair through the door. For the Americans with Disabilities Act, safer air travel and the newly injured person leaving rehab with no idea where to turn.

On Thursday, Sept. 17, we’re celebrating in Manhattan, and we’ll stream the whole night so you can be there from anywhere. You’ll hear the story from the members and advocates who lived it. Then you’ll see something no audience has seen: the first public stand-up of Eve, Wandercraft’s newly FDA-cleared personal exoskeleton.

Program starts at 6 p.m. ET. Register at the link in our bio and we’ll email you the livestream link. taken in New York, New York by @wandercraft.official

We asked Caroline what she loves most about walking in Eve. Her answer was simple: human connection. ❤️

Being able to talk, connect, and meet people at the same level can change the way a conversation feels.
