Always a pleasure assisting the @rocketclose team with their notarization needs! 🖊️✨ Nothing beats an effortless closing (the signer zipped through executing her Deed Package), especially when it includes a sneak peek at their latest magazine edition.

Can't wait to dive into this and learn more about the real estate world! 🤓📖🙌🏾🏘️

I wish heaven had video chat so we could continue to collect these moments. Happy Father's Day to my Pootie - always down for a video chat and an usie 🥰. No one loved me more than my grandfather and I'm so blessed to experience a love like this 💛.

Shout out to the men who are nurturers (they exist!). Sending extra love to those who are missing their father figures.

June is off to a SHABANG! 🏡✨✍🏾 First Purchase settlement of the month complete for this lovely couple and their adorable baby!

It was WANDERFUL having the agent and a @movementmtg loan officer onsite - all hands on deck! And another WIN: this signing manifested from the new direct title relationship I just established last week AND we have another one on the books this Friday 🙌🏾

Schedule me before I get too busy 😜

Big deals and Cinco de Mayo feels 🇲🇽💃🏽🍹🌮🏠✍🏾! Networking, closing real estate deals, and celebrating Cinco de Mayo in style at one of Philly's top rated rooftop restaurants / bars @eltechophilly - I LIKE IT LIKE THAT!

Huge thanks to our hostesses @medicine2mortgages & @getloanswithsuz for the incredible hospitality and such a cutesy vibe! 🌮🔥

❄️ ✍🏾CATCH ME BEFORE THE SNOW FALLS 🚗💨! The parking situation in Philly has been TERRIBLE the last couple weeks. I've only been taking appointments in the burbs where driveways / parking lots were available because Philly street parking has been a struggle (chairs, cones, cussing out 🤦🏾‍♀️😂)!

We are finally just seeing the pavements with more available parking just to have more pending snow tomorrow 😫.

I like to keep my prices low and hate to upcharge a client for an expensive Uber / Lyft or parking garage.

📞📅 Text / call 215.598.2939 to schedule your appointment TODAY and get ahead of the snow in case there are closures for the next day or two!

"Well I guess I'm all set to die! ⚰️" Clients never cease (no pun intended) to amaze me lol.

Make it easy for those you leave behind and get your estate plan affairs in order. While I don't take notarizing estate plans lightly, thank you to the clients who make what can be an uncomfortable topic a process of ease 🙂✍🏾.
