I finally discovered Siargao Wake Park this week - and I only ended up there because a friend invited me. Didn’t plan it, didn’t expect anything… but turns out it’s such a fun spot. Active, safe, chill vibe, and something different from the usual surf-eat-repeat island routine.I didn’t join the Wake Pirate session this time because I was sick - pero babalik ako. 😂And yes - they have local rates, so hindi masakit sa bulsa.Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Siargao. #siargaowakepark #siargaoactivities #discoverphilippineS by @wanderingmindofmaki

Finally made it to the famous Afam Bridge (more of like Pinoy Bridge nowadays) in Siargao to watch a golden, beautiful sunset. The bridge was crowded with people and lined with little stores, making the vibe even more lively. I totally forgot my drone was in sports mode and it slammed into the light post—almost a disaster 😅 But it survived and captured this amazing sunset. Good morning, everyone!I’ve finally made it to Siargao Island- and it’s absolutely incredible! The island is made up of nine municipalities (like small towns or suburbs), and I’m currently based in the north.To give you an idea, it’s about 42 times bigger than Boracay, with endless places to explore—beaches, waterfalls, surf spots, and hidden gems everywhere. Siargao is also known as the Surfing Capital of the Philippines, sitting right on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. 🌊🏄‍♂️ I’ll be posting more about that soon!I know some of you are planning a trip here—let me know if you do, and let’s explore together!P.S.
