I had time at Boston Logan before my flight. Decided to visit the 9/11 memorial. It’s surrounded by beautiful ginkgo trees, which I’m guessing were planted when the memorial was made. It’s surprisingly peaceful being right next to the airport. And looks like a memorial was dedicated last week in the 25th anniversary. If you get a chance just take a few minutes. Never forget 9/11 💕 by @wanderingmn

Still trying to find the words for what we experienced in the Masai Mara, Kenya. 🦁🐘🦒

Seeing these incredible animals in the wild wasn’t just amazing, it was humbling, emotional, and truly life changing. From sunrise game drives to unforgettable encounters, every moment reminded us how beautiful and wild our world really is.

A trip we’ll never forget and memories we’ll treasure forever.

Kenya you change me. I will forever be grateful and yearn to go back.

Two days ago, Dad suffered a catastrophic stroke and, sadly, there was no chance for recovery. He was placed in palliative care and passed away peacefully this morning. Unfortunately, Andrew and I are still in Kenya, and there was very little we could do from so far away. We are thankful that Kim, Alexa, and Debon were by his side and that he was not alone. We will miss him. by @wanderingmn

Today was a core memory day! First safari in Kenya. This was right outside Nairobi. We saw 3 of the big five just minutes from the city center! WILD! Was unbelievable. We also went to an elephant 🐘 orphanage and then the giraffe 🦒 center where you can feed them. 💕

Tomorrow we fly to the Mara for our “real” safari. Can’t wait see what we’ll discover. So far Kenyan is a dream. #kenya #safari by @wanderingmn
