Just landed! Our first renderings of the guest house we are building on our Ojai property. I am thrilled to partner with @artistree_treehouse to envision and construct this state-of-the-art addition. Blending the line of where the outdoors end and indoors begin (note the green roof), their work co-creates with nature. Plus the finished homes are all fire-resistant, mold-resistant, and super sustainable. taken in Ojai, California by @wanderlust_design_studio

This has been a BIG year. We opened three locations of our natural wine + listening bar @only_the_wild_ones in LA, NYC and Austin. Huge shout out to my team for the endless work and colossal lift, and especially to my amazing partner @sarahmeyersimon for helping me bring all these crazy visions to life! Our newest project in Ojai, House Above The Groves. We renovated and restored a mid-century house built by Frank Armitage, which sits on 10 acres above the olive and orange groves in the East End. Our expanded @thebutchersdaughter_official Nolita is now open! The original location has doubled in size with a full cocktail bar, woodstone pizza oven, and sidewalk cafe with 80 seats - spanning half the block on Kenmare Ave. Our design for the new space also features a plant-based bodega, superette and cafe. The market will be stocked with healthy versions of everything your corner bodega has, from snacks to farm fresh flowers, travel items, and pantry essentials. We’re thrilled to celebrate the reopening on the heels of our 11th anniversary, and can’t wait to share moments of connection and creativity with our Nolita community. taken in The Butcher's Daughter by @wanderlust_design_studio
