If your idea of a perfect escape involves leaving the routine behind, meeting like-minded women and coming home feeling genuinely refreshed, these retreats should be on your radar 👀💆‍♀️

@wanderlustandwellness has a few women's retreats on the horizon, from a tropical escape in Costa Rica with @heldretreats to a closer-to-home retreat in Sherwood Park next year.

🌴 Costa Rica: October 31-November 5, 2026
Co-hosted with @heldretreats, this is a chance to trade the Alberta weather for sunshine, connection and a few days dedicated to slowing down and recharging!

🌿 Sherwood Park: June 11-13, 2027
A local option for women looking for a wellness-focused weekend without having to travel far.

Throughout the retreats, expect a mix of breathwork, yoga, sound healing, somatics, Reiki, workshops, connection, a private chef and plenty of opportunities to simply slow down and be present.

Whether you come with your best friend, your sister or completely on your own, these are the kind of retreats designed to help you disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with yourself and your community.

So, which retreat are you booking? 👯‍♀️

The next Sherwood Park Retreat is officially launched for 2027! 🤭✨

Feeling so grateful for these sweet moments that @hersacredstudio captured for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 💛

A huge thank you as well to the incredible Canadian brands who so generously spoiled all of the women with beautiful, thoughtful goodies:

✨ @12petalsbotanicalskincare for your handcrafted Canadian natural, clean skincare and body care products. I’m currently using the Immunity Boost Roll-On every single day!

✨ @agcare1989 for your Canadian-made, vegan, cruelty-free hair care. (And can we talk about how amazing the ‘Fast Food’ leave on condition is? It literally smells like cherry and candy!)

✨ @anandaelixirs for your delicious Shroom Soda.. a concentrated beverage crafted with functional mushrooms and botanicals. Each elixir contains a blend of four powerful mushrooms, and they were the perfect addition to our retreat mocktails!

✨ @earthchildjewellery for creating the most beautiful handcrafted bracelets, each wrapped with love, intention, and carefully selected crystals to support self-love, feminine energy, emotional healing, strength, and grounding.

It means so much to partner with brands that genuinely care about supporting women and creating beautiful experiences.

Thank you for helping make this retreat so special. 🫶✨

It’s almost been two weeks, and I’m still feeling so grateful after an incredible Women’s Wellness Retreat in beautiful Invermere. 🏔️✨

There’s something so powerful about stepping away from the everyday, slowing down, and creating space to reconnect with yourself and with other amazing women.

From the laughter and deep conversations to the moments of reflection, movement, rest and pure joy, and this retreat was a beautiful reminder of how important it is to pour back into ourselves.

I left with a full heart, a renewed spirit, beautiful memories and so much gratitude for the women who made this experience so special (and a group chat for us to all hang out again SOOOON). 💕✨

Here’s to connection, wellness, friendship and making time for YOU. 🫶🏼

@wearewildwellness Amanda has such fab handcrafted bath and body products, and were spoiled with the most amazing eucalyptus sugar scrub from her.. the perfect little touch of self-care, that smells good enough to eat! (But don’t, hehe)

Happy Thanksgiving! 🤎

I’m SO grateful to be able to host women’s wellness retreats, but even more grateful for all the amazing women I’ve met along the way. ✨

So thankful for the connections, the conversations, the laughter, and the community that continues to grow with every retreat. 🫶🏼

I hope every woman I’ve met, whether we stay in touch forever or our paths only cross once, knows that I still think of her, pray for her, and hold the things she’s shared with me close to my heart.

Feeling extra thankful for this community and all the beautiful women who have been a part of it.

Here’s to many more moments like these. 🤎

Huge thank you to:

@lunarosabotanicals: who offers self care essentials for the whole family, intentionally handcrafted with flowers grown on their farm to help you reconnect with and nourish your body. (and my place smells like their candles on a daily basis 🫶🏻)

@soleunderstandingreflexology: this lovely gal for sharing her gift of reflexology with us! 🤎 Thank you for helping us relax and unwind through the art of applying pressure to specific points on the feet. Such a special addition to our retreat!
