My first solo camping experience in the Sahyadri didn’t go as planned. 🏕️⛰️

A 15 kg backpack, an unfamiliar side of a familiar location, monkeys on the trail, crabs along the way, and finally setting up my first camp by @decathlonsportsindia

But just when I thought everything was going well, a local villager warned me about a leopard sighting in the area during Navratri.

I made my Maggi, packed everything up in my @inskybags and decided to head back.

Because adventure isn’t just about pushing your limits. It’s also about knowing when to turn back.

Sometimes, the biggest lesson of an adventure is knowing when NOT to continue.

This was my first solo camping experience, and definitely a lesson I’ll carry forward.

Now tell me honestly — would you have stayed or packed up and left like I did? 👇

A new chapter begins. 🏕️

After working as a Manager at Avenue Supermarts Limited, I made the difficult decision to leave my job and step away from the comfort and security of a regular career to follow a dream that had been growing inside me for a long time.

Over the years, I explored the beautiful Sahyadri mountains, including forts, trails, valleys and hidden corners that made me realise how deeply connected I feel with nature and adventure. But travelling to these places was no longer enough. I wanted to experience the mountains more closely, spend nights surrounded by nature, wake up to peaceful landscapes and discover a new side of myself.

So, I’m taking the next step — starting my solo camping journey in the Sahyadri! 🌿

My first tent is ready, and this is only the beginning. From learning how to set up camp to spending nights alone in the mountains, every experience will be a new lesson and a new memory.

Episode 1 is coming soon.

Follow along as I leave behind the familiar and begin a completely new chapter with my backpack, my tent and the Sahyadri. 🏕️⛰️

The complete experience is LIVE on YouTube! 🏕️🎧

My first-ever Camping ASMR experience — no talking, no background music, just me, the wild, and the sounds of nature. 🏕️

This 30-second reel is just a glimpse of my first solo camping adventure in the Sahyadris.

🎧 Put on your headphones and experience the wild.

Some Novembers feel a little closer to the heart. 🍂❤

Maybe it’s the cold breeze, the familiar songs, the foggy mornings or the golden sunlight, but November has its own way of bringing back things we thought we’d forgotten.
Some memories don’t need an invitation. They just find their way back, especially this time of the year.
And perhaps, some wishes are still quietly waiting to come true. ✨

Sahyadri Lover🙌⛰️

Log puchte hain, itna Sahyadri Sahyadri kyun karta hai? 🤔

❄️ Harishchandragad ka Kedareshwar: barf jaise thande paani ke beech Shivling, 4 yugon ke pillars se ghira. Manyata hai ki jis din chautha pillar girega, kalyug ka ant hoga.
🌄 Kalsubai: Maharashtra ka sabse unchaa shikhar, aur duniya ke best sunrises mein se ek.
🚩 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ke anginat kille, itihas ka sunehra panna.
🌊 Brahmagiri: jahan se Godavari ka udgam hota hai.
🏞️ Bhandardara: viewpoints jahan se duniya hi alag dikhti hai.

To bataiye, main Sahyadri Sahyadri kyun na karun? 😌

Share karo ye video unhe jo tumhe sirf ek “Sahyadri lover” bolte hain. 🏔️❤️
