I haven’t formally introduced myself so let’s 😂 I’m Nelly and I’m a photographer in the DMV.

Things that make my heart smile: gettin fly, sports, Pokémon, Bad Bunny, museums, tea, fresh fruit, orchids, jazz music, kickin it with my fiancée, family & friends.

Bron is my 🐐.
Giants, Knicks, Yankees, Duke, Liverpool, and Miami are my teams but that’s always subject to change 🤣😊

I don’t have a niche (yet) cuz I genuinely enjoy shooting anything and everything. I’ve photographed sporting events, weddings, milestone birthdays, other various parties. Plus mommy & me shoots, concerts, and baby showers.

I’ve officially waived the white flag tryna beat the alg0r!thm. Carousels, picking songs, posting x amount of times at the “right” time, it’s exhausting. I’ll be sharing at my own speed.

If you need a photographer I got you!
Portfolio + galleries + are in my bio.

Thank you for coming to my Nel Talk 🤣🌺🫶🏽. taken in DMV by @wanderwithnelly

I’m here to spread some positivity around The Blueprint night for the ppl who enjoyed themselves and are grateful for what we got to witness.

Here’s some footage from my POV 📸💎

Assignments were understood. Fits and accessories were proper.

Shoutout @thedugoutbx for day party vibes and having the World Cup matchup on outside before the show 😂😂.

Champions League Final. I went to hate watch Arsenal vs PSG yesterday. Fans of The Gunners got a lil too excited before the game ended 🤣😭.

The Reds over everybody. YNWA 🐦‍🔥.

@wundergartendc is a very dope spot.

@artechouse & @portraitmeetdc Submerge Project: Exclusive Meet. 10/14/2026. @rendernetwork

Thank you all for a very cool event!! I love Artechouse so I was geeked being able to see the new project AND take pics, while meeting some new people.

@tallboy_jordan pulled off a supa suave proposal to @its_fawnshea out of nowhere. Impeccable timing with the art. Congrats to y’all again! 💍✨

@blackwomenphotographers and @lightroom hosted a photo walk in historic Anacostia, in Southeast DC over the weekend. It was super cool to meet new photographers, learn about the history of the neighborhood, and also get a chance to checkout the new Go-Go museum. Capturing the essence of those who live there while exploring their space was an amazing feeling. Thank you again for the opportunity! 📸🤎 @pollyirungu @deedwyerjonts #BWPDC #BWPDMV taken in Anacostia, Washington, D.C. by @wanderwithnelly
