Hyrox Men’s Open Solo 2025

The guys that live and breathe Hyrox are freaks. I think these skinny little Asian legs will stick to long distance running. Well done to everyone that gave it a crack👏

Surf Coast Century 2024

What an absolute grind and humbling experience.
Ran 100km+ with 2,000m+ elevation.

Couldn’t have done it without @jtrevena.performance @evolve_run_club @run.southyarra @max.conwayy @tomfinai, all the support from family + friends; and @2xu for the race kit.

Huge shoutout to the bro @peteratamarua @puttspt. Helped get me through this training block, and ran side by side until the end 🤜 🤛

✅ 100 km Surf Coast Century in the bag!

🐎 What a trot this was and I got to do it with my brother!

⚡️ Energy on the course was unreal, right knee decided to blow out at 50 km but we pushed through it and got the job done 🤝🏽

🙏🏽 Huge thanks to everyone who messaged, supported and showed love, definitely felt it being out there!

Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival 2023.

What a great day for running.
My run didn’t go quite to plan as my right leg cramped at 30km, then my left leg at 32km which slowed me down as I battled all the way to the end; but despite the setbacks, I really enjoyed the run, and know exactly what to work on for the next one.

Was amazing to to see all my fellow running athletes either smash out new PB’s or run their first event. And the ones that encountered setbacks like me, come back szn will taste even sweeter.

Thanks again to my coach @jtrevena.performance, @dion_finocchiaro_ultrarunner and all the hype crew from @evolve_run_club.
Also big thanks to @tomadair_, @cam_macc and the legends from @run.southyarra that gave up their Friday and Saturday nights to run in the mornings with me.
