Two very pink shows recently. Feeling lucky to share space with so many talented artists, supported by lovely curators and technicians. 🎀🌷

Thanks for stopping by and enjoying these works. I’m so grateful. 🌺

Group show, Ritual Baby, is currently on at @theartshousetrust until October 11th. 🧞‍♀️🩷

No surgery no lotus (don’t swipe to 3rd slide if you’re squeamish) 🪷🩸

I want to share this quick snippet of one of the video works in my installation, hopecore/buddhacore.

Almost 3 years since this surgery, still have an ostomy and almost stable with ongoing treatment but better since.🥰💖 by @warisar.a

Just spent 50 days back in Thailand. My trip home ended on the 3-year anniversary of having a colostomy bag. Feeling super grateful I'm healthy enough to travel without issues. Crazy to think there was a time I couldn't stay out of the hospital for more than 2 weeks 😭. happy, grateful, and lucky 🍀 by @warisar.a

Nirundon (นิรันดร) - meaning forever, eternity, endlessly.

Recent tapestry commissioned by Sunny!! @sunnypromtrai
Created as a wedding gift for Sunny’s sister and brother in-law. So grateful to be trusted with something so meaningful and full of love.

Made a Sak Yant สักยันต์ inspired dress for part of my MFA grad show project, with help from my lovely Frandson @frandsonbahati

Sak Yant are basically protection spells which are usually tattooed by monks. I guess this is a post modern, low commitment version of the tattoos. Inspired by a photo I found of my grandma wearing her Sak Yant t-shirt
