Sick

-‐---------------

EXPLANATION TIMEE u can skip if u wanna comment ur own interpretations first :]
This is a modern setting where Juliette is a model alongside her friend Dominique (@anneskribbles oc) she is adored by her fans thus quickly got popular, however it led to her being objectified and sexualized by many aswell.
She has now been in the industry for years and her gut feeling can now quickly recognize someone's ulterior intentions just by looking at their eyes and body language.
She doesnt mind people commenting about her body, like "she's finee" or "I'm looking respectfully" but when they act scarily creepy and disgusting she gets severly sickened to the point of throwing up. She wonders if there's ever a world in which she never gets objectified.

There is no such world.

Teyvat Juliette feels the same way Modern Juliette does, she gets disgusted with the thought of being sexualized but, due to some ahem childhood events, she reacts differently than her modern counterpart;
She hates getting objectified, however if it means getting what she wants, so be it.
She weaponizes her body to disarm the creeps, and lure them in a private setting.
However the way she NATURALLY acts, also known as her REAL personality and not her "stage persona", makes the jerkwards feel uncomfortable, and their predatory confidence evaporates. She turns them off, making them want to leave.
To Juliette, the act of backing away—of leaving her—is the ultimate trigger.
She doesn't like being alone.
But Ill show all of this in another comic after I'm done with art fight ^ ^

💚FINISHED SKETCH: 3/3💚
Finished sketch is a simpler artwork, kind of similar to Alien stage's comic style for example

Fully rendered takes more time as hinted in the name, because it takes more time to render the details and such.

‼️TW: CSA‼️

"Juliette was so happy she had friends to play with! But the games hurt a little bit. It felt like awful spiders were crawling inside my tummy.
But Juliette smiled anyway! Good girls don't ruin the game. If Juliette cries they might get mad and she didn't want to play alone in the dark again."

Her childhood story is a commentary about CSA.
The constant changing of outfits are a direct nod to the "What Were You Wearing?" exhibition, a metaphor against victim-blaming to show that accountability always lies with the abvser, never the clothes.

This is a safe space my heart goes out to all survivors❣️

"A lucrative resort is merely a playground for better trade." The bright resort lights hides a web of dark dealings—and Juliette is the one pulling the strings!
Playing the part of an effortless vacationer, she relies on her Fatui connections to keep high-risk cargo moving right under everyone's noses—even miss Sirel if she's cautious enough ❣️

VERY RUSHED AND AWFUL BUT ITS PASSABLE FOR AN ENTRY I GUESS UGHGH I HATE MY NEW PEN'S NIB I REALLY GOTTA FIX IT BUT AAAA PEAK COLLAB @noki_chu I LOVE THE SUMMER VIBES AND LORE‼️‼️

SIREL (the blue haired hottie) IS BY THE GOAT AND AWESOME SAUCE @noki_chu 🥹🫶
Omg OMERTÀ IS BACK HSHSHS
For those who dont know omertà is a code of silence when witnessing a murder, basically a witness not reporting a murder case to the police, that's what Sirel and Juliette's relationship is all about (the lil comic about helping hiding a body)

THANK YOU @shrimppastasauce FOR HOSTING THE COLLAB 💥💥❣️‼️
