𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑾𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈

I’ve been counting down to my first release for 2026... after listening to it for over a year, it’s finally making it out into the world. Thank you to Claudio from Warn The Neighbors for signing this special song.

Dedicated to the incredible person who raised me to appreciate music of all styles & colours, to hear the instruments, to 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 listen... dedicated, with all my love, to my precious Pappa.

I wanted to write something beautiful for him after the incredible loss we’d just endured. Knowing how much those words he so bravely spoke meant to him (and all of us), I asked permission to use parts of the live recording of Mom’s Celebration of Life in the track. He immediately said yes, and I felt honoured for the opportunity to take these heartfelt words and make them everlasting, hopefully resonating with someone who might need to hear them.

As always, Alfie was so supportive of this idea and treated my dad’s vocals with tenderness and respect, making them shine throughout the track, in its raw and vulnerable delivery. The ambient sounds were recorded in my parents’ backyard.

I’ve listened to it a million times, and every time I still get butterflies... and best of all, my dad loves it!

This is for you, Pappa - your strength, love and support over the past 15 months has been everything. We love you 💛

EJ xx
