Sherwood Fellows // Triumph of the Heart // Feature Film

🎥 I’ve just completed my first feature since stepping into the wilds of freelancing!

It was a real pleasure to collaborate with Sherwood Fellows on their feature Triumph of the Heart, where I provided the Grade and additional VFX work. It was a challenge working across time zones between Poland, London and LA but we pulled together to create something truly meaningful.

The film tells the story of Catholic Saint Maximilian Kolbe, who was persecuted during the Holocaust and sent to a concentration camp. It’s a powerful reminder of the strength of the human spirit in the darkest of times.

The Polish premiere was a great success, and the film is set to be in US theatres on September 12th!

Caring // Short Film

✨Had an absolute blast working on this film! It has that touch of sci-if and intrigue in the performances that I just love.

This was my first time teaming up with the awesome crew at The Reel Scene to bring the grade to life on this set of films. One of those projects that reminds you why you love what you do! 🎬🎨🔥

Hamish Hawk // Men Like Wire // Music Video
🎶🎨

This was a doozy of a collaboration, working again with the band Hamish Hawk on their music video ‘Men Like Wire’.
We shaped a lot of the frame to add depth, as we wanted to evoke the contrast & dramatic tone of a Caravaggio.
It was great working through this with the client, especially for the final shot.

The Eternal Words of A Dead Verse // Short Film

✨ This wonderfully written and lovingly shot film starring Danny Dyer took inspiration for its style from various sources, including other black & white films such as ‘Dad Was’ & ‘Ida’.
Finding the right balance in tone & texture in the grade was a blast especially with the extremely talented DOP Felix in the suite.

KEWNY // Short film

After a storm hits a couples boat, they end up at a strange island where mysterious events occur.

For the grade I made a custom Technicolor 3-Strip treatment to create richer skin tones and a nostalgic film feel.
