Temptation isnt a sin in the life of a believer we will be tempted to go back to the things we once did in the past like that old lifestyle of living but we have died to our self we are new in Christ we have a battle daily which is the flesh and the spirit it a war daily we have to crucify our flesh daily we have to say no to sin when we are tempted we should pray to Jesus he will helps overcome The sin that temptation it isnt a sin it’s a sin when we fall into that temptation so if we are around the wrong environment we most likely will fall into sin so it’s best to seperate yourself from individuals who don’t Draw you closer to Christ you have to evaluate your circle the people who you surround yourself with because even tho your a Holy Ghost filled believer you can still be infleucned by the wrong people this is why we need the spirit of discernment to know who belongs in our life Jesus tells to cut the things out of our life that cause us to sin maybe it can be the people you hang around that causing you to fall into sin I say this with humility I struggle with lust myself but I call out to Jesus when I am tempted we need to rely on Jesus he will help us overcome temptation and sin 1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
