Found Dead in a Bush - Mortal Wound

Extremely Rotten Fest
Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰
6/12/2026

This was the only song I was able to get my own video of before my module disconnected but we fuck it, we ball. And we balled hard. Made tons of new friends and spent great time with old ones. This was our first show as this lineup and I’m stoked to do many more. Anyway, this song is about having sex with a dead body.

Forgot to post this one I did a few months back. I’ve loved Gojira since I was a teenager and this song is a huge favorite. Mario is a big influence to my drumming and this was an instant top 5 Gojira song when I first heard it so this felt like a good choice for a cover. Trying to do more soon so we’ll see what’s next.

I have a million things to say about how I feel about 2025. This year broke me more than I’d like to admit yet I don’t know of a year that has brought me personal growth the way this one has. I think the hardest thing to navigate this year was shame…the shame of past mistakes, being too critical of myself, and betraying myself and others all for nothing. I’ve learned to find myself again and shamelessly, I’m proud that I can keep searching for more of me in the world.

I never thought I’d have to say goodbye to so much in such a short amount of time but this year was for shedding tears as much as it was about shedding skin. Goodbye, Chain Reaction. Goodbye, Supply & Demand. Goodbye to my old car. Goodbye, my friend, Janelle. Goodbye, my nephew, Maverick Shane.
Goodbye to the selves we cannot forgive.
Goodbye to the ones we didn’t get to say goodbye to. Goodbye to the ones we’d give our lives to hold one last time.
Goodbye, A.E.

Goodbye, 2025. The world and I will never be the same.

Putrescine played LA for the first time last month and I forgot to upload anything from it haha

Here’s the intro to Profaned Failure from The Fading Flame. Still my favorite of the set bc of all the blast beats

Child Size Coffins off our first EP “The One Reborn”
Putrescine at The Che Cafe, San Diego 3/7/25

Been opening with this song since we started playing together as a band in 2018 and it’s hard to find something that opens up a set as well as this song does. Although we’re writing and cycling in new material, this will always be a setlist favorite of mine taken in San Diego, California by @waruponheaven_
